The Defense needs to play the best game of their year to date, Tyrod needs to be unleashed to run as often as he'd like, and there needs to be a +2 turnover ratio in the Bills favor. Running game should be good, but Belichick is good and smart enough to know they will need to stop Shady and Tyrod, so they'll keep a spy in on almost every play, and force Tyrod to throw efficiently.

Also, I think if the Bills win, they'll need at least 2 big Offensive and 1 big Defensive play, ala long run / pass for TDs and one INT or fumble recovery to put the Bills immediately in the Red Zone (so, not a TD necessarily).

Defense needs to play lights out and like they did earlier in the year.

If it leads to a shoot out, Tyrod needs to step up big time.  We won't be able to run the ball and keep up with them.  Taylor needs to be on fire and I'm really hoping that happens.

Don't think Brady has ever lost a game when it snowed.

True, but there's snow and the unique blizzard conditions that can happen only in a Buffalo lake effect storm. Conditions where it essentially shuts down any passing, thus making the game a coin flip rather than a 95% certain Pats* win.

The Bills need to pull a page from Lawrence Taylor's winning playbook and send some of WNY's finest Ho's to the Patriots hotel room Saturday night. Of course golden boy Tom will not partake but some of the other weaker morally challenged Patriots will crumble!! Its the only chance we have!!

You can say D or running game, but it really hinges on TT. And knowing they will be disciplined to contain him from running outside and bring a good pass rush/blitz up the middle, the only chance is TT making them pay with quick decisive throws - the throws he almost never even attempts. He can do it but will he revert to being too safe? Dude has nothing to lose, please please please just let the ball go.

Better planning and execution.  The Patriots despite what everyone here seem to think are capable of losing NFL games.  If we don't make mistakes, there's no reason we can't pull it out.  I suspect the team has been circling this one on the Calendar since week 1.

Brady really only loses games when he's under pressure. I'm sure McDermott watching Miami getting really good pressure on Brady gives him some hope for an actually path to victory for his team.
