Steptide Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Is it just me, or do the cbs broadcasts look different? Like they're using different cameras or something? I noticed it watching the bills and now watching the saints/rams.
Just Jack Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Bills games get the cameras from the back of the storage closet. Other teams get the ones that are kept in climate controlled rooms with white gloved handlers.
Maine-iac Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 The CIA just switched the big brother chip they were using in your TV and it helps reception.

Donszar Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 They did show us the sideline instead of the missed FG, and then never a replay. 1 1
Livinginthepast Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Just now, Donszar said: They did show us the sideline instead of the missed FG, and then never a replay. Yes that was amateur hour direction there, never seen that before!

Fadingpain Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 The technical end of the broadcast today was freaking terrible. Compared to an NBC Sunday night broadcast, all the other games look and/or sound like crap. In the old days the classy broadcasts were on Monday night on ABC. Maybe NBC bought all the tech guys when they got the Sunday night contract.
CLTbills Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Not necessarily that the cameras are bad, but no clue what they were doing on Hauschkas missed FG.

/dev/null Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 I didn't notice anything unusual with the broadcast. But then we should be used to the Bills getting the JV crew except when they play the Pats* And now a quick 30 second message from GEICO Totally agree that NBC SNF broadcasts are best in class.
Gray Beard Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 instant replay was terrible. practically non-existent. and what's with the fascination of showing a coach on the sideline instead of the players on the field? an attempt to make drama?

To me it's like the CBS broadcast is" lighter" to my eye while FOX seems like it has a "darker" shade or tint. Edited November 27, 2017 by Theshallowcross

Almost like on your TV when you set it to that clear motion or whatever its called
