This actually looks reminiscent of many recent Chiefs vs Bills games. In most of them, the Bills nurse a lead through most of the game only to come up short at the end. 

2015: Lost 22-30

2014: Lost 13-17

2013: Lost 13-23

 

One game we were winning, one tied, and one down by 2 at the start of the 4th quarter.
