par73
Has any 5-2 team ever gone this far downhill so fast? Three straight blowouts with a defense that can't stop anything. How do you maintain confidence in the "process" when things are so dire, and it is hard to see how this can be turned around (certainly in the near term)? H2o
Yes, a Bills team that was QB'd by Trent Edwards. We have seen this before. We will likely end up 6-10 just like that team.

Lost to the Cowboys (2011) and Saints (2017) by 37 points in Week 10 Lost to the Dolphins (2011) by 27 points, lost to the Chargers by 30 points just now for Week 11 Sorry to bring the memories up but it's the same thing Edited November 20, 2017 by Another Fan
TC in St. Louis
I've never seen a collapse like this. We have 11 guys on defense running around in front of blockers, and clearing zones for receivers, especially those wearing #13 (Wilt would score 100 on these bums). The offensive playcalling is offensive. Let's do this. 3rd and 3, throw a screen pass to #42, but tell him to play it like he's setting up a volleyball spike. Next, clear the path for the defensive player to run it in!! These guys cannot play football.
par73
Actually worse than 2011. It is also the magnitude of this collapse-- they are giving up, on average, over 40 pts. in the last three games. This team isn't showing the ability or desire to compete. Not to be picky, but its actually a 45 point per game avg....
YoloinOhio
It’s the worst I’ve seen in my memory. No big plays on D. Looks like a sieve. It’s painful to watch.
