Imissbeastmode Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Peterman. Team quit since Dareus got traded.
BringBackOrton Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Just now, Wayne Cubed said: Yup it'll be pick 10-16 and taking the 4th QB off the board or pass altogether. Hell they didn't have the balls to draft Watson. Rinse and repeat. God damnit. Stop reminding me.
stevestojan Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 This was all part of the process. Make Tyrod realize they meant it when they said you have to throw down field. It worked perfectly. .... ugh, nevermind. Doesn’t matter. But it should be TT.

Can we not try to dog Taylor after Peterman had a worse showing than EJ in London. Sure he is. It was a horrible game by Nate. The announcers said maybe 2 INTs were on Nate. But sure OK You win. Taylor still is who he is. Garbage time points or not

Nitro Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Tyrod. Peterman single handedly scuttled his career Quote
Lfod Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 I was in favor with the move to start Nathan Peterman. As soon as they pulled him at the half it was over for him. It's back to Tyrod Taylor now.

Treat Peterman with kid gloves as you do not want to ruin him; but I think even he would say he blew it. Tyrod found his mojo coming off the bench... for what that is worth. If he's not already ruined.
Big Turk Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 (edited) Can't put Peterman back in there any time soon...his confidence has been crushed. It might take him til next year to be right Edited November 20, 2017 by matter2003
Buffalo_Gal Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Taylor. Unless the tank is on.... 5 wins too late.

That's who I want on the field.

Livinginthepast Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 TT has to be the starter. Peterman could not have performed worse. He not only looked unready but he didn't even look NFL calibre period. 1
PastaJoe Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 This isn't a playoff caliber team. Play Peterman and get through his rookie initiation. Tyrod isn't the answer. If Peterman doesn't show he can handle it, draft a QB. 1
LeGOATski Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 They should have left Peterman in. What was the point in bringing Tyrod back? He did the same thing and gave up another defensive TD... I thought the decision to start Peterman coincided with the commitment to let him play through his struggles. Now none of it makes sense. 5-5 with two very tough AFC matchups ahead. This team has looked like the worst in the NFL the last 3 weeks. They'll likely be 5-7 with a slim chance to get to 8-8.
dezertbill Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 I understand why McD did what he did. I also believe this was a wakeup call for TT moving forward. At this point you have to put TT in. Peterman just isn't ready, to no fault of his own. I just hope this doesn't kill his confidence. Honestly I look at this as the same situation as a few years ago when the Bills went into the season with Tuel backing up Manuel. It's obvious that if anything happens to TT even if he plays well Peterman is not ready to take over the team. That's on Beane. Only this time I have to believe McD was in on the decision to use Peterman as a back up. Marrone wasn't on board with Whaley back then.
Adam Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Maybe its time to take a look at Taylor as the future and get some talent around him. The offense improved dramatically when he went in 1
mannc Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 I honestly think Peterman might be finished already as an NFL quarterback. That might have been the worst quarterbacking performance in the history of the NFL. How do you come back from that? 1
