Seasons1992
I'm running a 10k and eating food made by my parents. Most likely oven turkey as well as a smoked one, WAY too many side options, and tense moments if everything isn't "perfect." I'm getting a ride there and back so I can have as much wine as I want. Remember kids, Pinot Noir is perfect for Thanksgiving. I'll probably bring a magnum of Sea Smoke.

I've done them at 325 and 350 in my Primo. I cook to temp as well, but just wondering what the planned time was. Now that I know the temp, I can pretty much guess. row_33
may all of you let petty things go and not ruin family or tradition, and enjoy good food, which I'm not partaking in up in Toronto this Thursday.
Heavy Kevi
Just 3 of us this year so I picked up some 30 ounce aged Angus T-bone porterhouse's. Beats the living hell out of a turkey.

/dev/null
The first Thanksgiving had a different menu There was turkey of course. But also eel, shellfish, and deer. There was no pumpkin pie, potatoes, or cranberry sauce https://www.smithsonianmag.com/history/what-was-on-the-menu-at-the-first-thanksgiving-511554/
