ChanOverChin Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 This is actually a good move. The Bills need to find out if Peterman is a potential starter. He could very well be. I like the way that he gets the ball out quickly, scans the field well, and has really good accuracy. I'd love to see Glenn play in this game so that Pete can be properly evaluated. He certainly has some very good weapons in McCoy/Benjamin/Clay/Matthews. Z. Jones/DiMarco/Holmes/Cadet/O'Leary/Tolbert are all capable contributors as well. It may be just a matter of Pete getting the ball out quickly and letting his guys do their thing. If Pete does well and leads the Bills to the playoffs in 2017 they may not have to reach high for a QB in the 2018 draft, although I think they would be wise to select a QB in R1 or R2.
KW95 - JA17 Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 9 weeks maybe. actually 7. I don't count the last 2 weeks for TT.
Joe Bones Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 Back in the day, coach Saban would put Lamonica in games in forth quarter to replace Kemp,in order to win or save games. Good coach's know what to do and when to do it. Let's hope this happens with Peterman going in for Taylor.

You see goalie changes in hockey all the time, same with baseball but its so rare in football to use 2 qbs at the same time.
John from Riverside Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 The nice thing about this is Peterman did actually get some time holding a clip board before being thrown in.......ulimately you would have liked Tyrod to get it done....but the rook isnt going totally be thrown to the wolves. Lets see what happens on Sunday when the D tries to load the box against our O

Lets see what happens on Sunday when the D tries to load the box against our O Quick, decisive reads and timing throws are precisely how you break down a D down that is trying to jam the box...force them to back off a little and cheat against the pass. Tyrod walks slow, talks slow, thinks slow, and is just slow doing everything, except running on a football field! ...so he had trouble backing a D off with his arm. Let's hope Peterman does a much better job of that.
