You folks - like 90% of the zombies who continue to post on this forum (most sane individuals don't bother anymore) -

If by "sane" you mean people that were flat out wrong about:

1. Global Warming

2. Bush losing in 2004

3. The Democrats taking the House in 2006 meaning they were going to do something(and not whine about Bush's veto, when we all knew he had it since 2004)

4. The Surge in Iraq working...one of my favorites. Many a "sane"(read: cowardly) poster never returned after this.

5. Obama being a unifying, JFK iteration, who would put country first, and usher in Real Hope, and Real Change. See: Beer Summit.

6. Obamacare(right around the end of the Obamacare debate most of the "sane" people ran away from this board, never to return. Cornhusker Kickback anyone? How about Massachusetts electing Scott Brown to fill Teddy Kennedy's seat? They could see it, and they didn't want to face the music after all the schit they had talked since 2005.)

7. Dodd Frank being a well considered piece of legislation, and not simply a blank piece of paper handed to socialists, with Obama's signature at the bottom.

8. Obamacare's design being great because it was created by the "smart people"(lawyers, college professors and Rahm Emanuel's brother, in other words: amateurs)...with those of us who actually know enterprise system design, the insurance business, and business in general, being the "dumb people".

9. Obama keeping his promise on "If you like your doctor, you can keep....", when many here said that simply could not work.(This alone ran off many "sane" posters)

10.  Obamacare: The Website! Also a favorite: it was too easy for me to kill that with prose, so I literally wrote it all in poetry. (This killed off whoever was left.)

Then yeah, the "sane" people have all run away. Cut the crap. 1-10 destroyed all credibility that any reasonable Democrat PPP poster had. And, there are many more things that would have killed their credibility since, ahem, Benghazi/IRS scandal. Imagine if the 2005 PPP board was all still here for Trump Wins!

Please. The "sane" people left because they had been so wrong, so many times, they knew a beating was coming. Most were all long gone before the 2010 massacre. Let's not confuse "intellectual fear/dishonesty" with "sanity". It's simply cowardice. They talked all kinds of schit, and then didn't show up for the fight: exactly like the 2010 turnout.

Sure, it's a conspiracy, he was framed, liberals have destroyed the presumption of evidence, blah blah blah.  Your'e all freaking nuts.  Seriously.

And yet we aren't the ones screaming helplessly at the sky!!

So you would throw out all the accusations...from Clinton to Weinstein to Moore?

Would you deny Clinton/Weinstein/Moore their due process?

As usual - simply showing the sheer hypocrisy of the regulars here. None of these guys is going to get "due process" - but it is comical that the miles of posts commenting on Clintons, and Weinstein's accusers didn't seem to mention due process - but...but.....Moore seems to need it - or deserves it...

Moore's from Ala-phucking-bama.  The accuser's making her statement in New York.  They're attacking a good 'ol boy.  There is no way that he won't become a Senator.

Exactly.

He's run for office 10-15 times over the past thirty years,

Gloria Allred's intervention will only help him................as will McConnell's statement .

I repeat.................they never learn.

As baskin proves with his daily "missing the point" post.

ADDED:

Latest allegations against Roy Moore are THE WORST so far

Hopefully after he is elected, President Trump can lean on him to resign.

but everything out of D.C. beforehand only seems to help him.

Roy Moore might have just got caught in a lie:

http://www.al.com/news/index.ssf/2017/11/roy_moore_responds_responds_to.html

In a brief appearance before reporters in his small Etowah County hometown of Gallant, Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore again denied wrongdoing and said that he doesn't even know his latest accuser, who came forward Monday.

Moore spoke for a couple of minutes with reporters and took no questions. His wife, Kayla, also made a brief statement.

"I can tell you without hesitation this is absolutely false," Moore told reporters. "I never did what she said I did. I don't even know the woman. I don't know anything about her."

At a press conference in New York on Monday, Beverly Young Nelson alleged she was sexually assaulted by Moore in December 1977 when she was 16 years old and he was 30.

Nelson produced a high school yearbook that she said Moore signed about a week before she said the assault occurred in Moore's car in the parking lot of a restaurant where she worked and he frequently visited.

So he says he never met her. But she has a yearbook signature which seems to indicate otherwise:

For the self-proclaimed sleuths in this thread you can even compare the handwriting yourself:

Well sourced and corroborated allegations. Other reports that Moore was banned from malls for being a creep and known to date high school girls. A bizzare Hannity interview where denials are weak at best. A boldface lie with evidence showing it is a lie.

You’d have to be truly nuts to not believe that this guy is a pedophile.

No, he's toast

messaged with more than a dozen people—including a major political figure in the state—who told me that they had heard, over the years, that Moore had been banned from the mall because he repeatedly badgered teen-age girls. Some say that they heard this at the time, others in the years since. These people include five members of the local legal community, two cops who worked in the town, several people who hung out at the mall in the early eighties, and a number of former mall employees. (A request for comment from the Moore campaign was not answered.) Several of them asked that I leave their names out of this piece. The stories that they say they’ve heard for years have been swirling online in the days since the Postpublished its report. “Sources tell me Moore was actually banned from the Gadsden Mall and the YMCA for his inappropriate behavior of soliciting sex from young girls,” the independent Alabama journalist Glynn Wilson wrote on his Web site on Sunday. (Wilson declined to divulge his sources.) Teresa Jones, a deputy district attorney for Etowah County in the early eighties, told CNN last week that “it was common knowledge that Roy dated high-school girls.” Jones told me that she couldn’t confirm the alleged mall banning, but said, “It’s a rumor I’ve heard for years.”

If amateur handwriting analysis on the internet isn't conclusive, I don't know what is.

And since that’s the only piece of evidence we must conclude we have no clue.

Oh look another fun article:

I don’t understand what’s difficult. Surely you all thought Anthony Weiner was guilty well before his trial verdict was returned. You’re allowed to make basic judgment calls in the face of overwhelming evidence.
