No idea what to think of this saints game

Saints Defense has been much improved and Brees is still going to Brees you, while Kamara is the real deal - not to mention Ingram is no slouch. So, in some ways the Saints this year are in a better position based on improved strengths. IF and that's a huge a*s IF - the Bills can play the way they have in all of the games EXCEPT the last one, they really *can* win this game. But it will take the kind of focus and team mentality committed to fundamentals like they had to begin the year and in the Oakland win. Otherwise, buses will be leaving at halftime...

Win or lose, this is the week we find out who this team, and the coaches, really are. To be honest, a game like jest 2 had to happen, and now we get to see if it's fixable before the season becomes a lost cause. Win or lose a close one and hope is alive. Dominate and the drought is probably over as there are realistically enough foreseeable wins left on the schedule. Get stomped and, well ... you know.

We almost beat them with Dick Jauron so I figure Dick Jr could come up with a game plan to make it a very competitive game.

 

ive stayed away because I have been too negative.  Personally, I think this team has completely overachieved and their lack of talent (which they helped get rid of with some of their moves) is catching up to them.  But this is the type of game if you are going to make the playoffs, you need to win.  5-4 is miles always from 6-3.

I don't see how McDermott is like Dick Jauron at all.  
Dick Jauron doesn't put the FG kicker in close games in 50+ yarders.

Dick Jauron doesn't go for it on 4th and goal against the Raiders.

Dick Jauron doesn't get fired up on the sidelines like McDermott does.

I just can’t Buffalo out scoring them.  Our defense is going to get gashed this game on the ground and Brees dumping the ball of to Kamara.

As far as their playoff chances go, the seven AFC games coming up after the NO game are more important. If I had to choose whether I prefer them winning the NO game vs. the San Diego game, beating the Chargers helps them much more even if the Bills' overall record comes out the same.

 

Of course the solution to this is to win both games.

Here's what I think about the Saints game.

 

If we lose, we're just another average team hovering around .500 with playoff pretensions.

 

If we win, we're 6-3 and a real contender with a big victory under our belt.
