Miami, which has been a conventional 4-3 team for about the past decade, has recently featured smaller, quicker ends like Jason Taylor. If new coach Nick Saban does change to a 3-4, Taylor could be moved to linebacker. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/stor..._len&id=2005698

BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 The Dolphins signed Vonnie Holliday...and they honestly expect him to contribute? What about his 5 sacks in the last 2 years and 13 tackles in 2004 enticed them to make such a bold move? Holliday is washed up, his play has significantly decreased since 2001.

Maybe not Dominate (especially since Bledsoe, his favorite AFC sack target, is gone) but he still may have something left.

Don't need high impact player, just a guy to tie up blockers. I can remember being hopeful that the Bills would get Taylor to plug in as a 3-4 OLB. Fish got him, and the Bills got Wiley. Seemed at the time, to me, the two teams got the wrong guys for their schemes. Taylor will make an incredible OLB in the 3-4.
