wnysteel Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 with all the Benjamin/Clay talk/speculation, i haven't seen any update on Jones' status. anyone know?
YoloinOhio Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 Not practicing today, but is considered day-to-day with knee

SaviorPeterman Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 Hate to see Jones season derailed after finally showing progress the last few weeks. Because he has a real chance to improve the rest of the way with Benjamin and Clay in the lineup.
thunderingsquid Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 Heal up quickly, Zay! We need you in the Red Zone! Bring that light saber!

Otherwise, that update would have suggested that the team is waiting on the results of an MRI, or even waiting to have the scan in the first place. Sounds like good news in the long run.
BuffaloBill Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 It was amazing that he came back in the game to play. The replay of the original incident looked pretty bleak but obviously looks were deceiving.

Younger guys have a tendency to recover from hyper extensions better than older guys. If that was me, they'd be putting my lower leg in an Igloo cooler full of ice for reattachment.

Yeah, they would have had to medi-flighted me off the field. It’s friggin hell to get old.
Happy Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 Rooting for Zay. I think he'll be a good one...at least on the right track.
