Well tonight is supposed to be one.  Working in the medical field I would agree it tends to bring out the loonies

loonies

short for lunatics...

lunatic (adj.)

late 13c., "affected with periodic insanity dependent on the changes of the moon," from Old French lunatique "insane," or directly from Late Latin lunaticus "moon-struck," from Latin luna "moon" (see luna).

No, but the population will be a little more active, which increases your chance of experiencing an incident.

Depends on the conditions. If it's a nice, clear night and the moon is high up in the sky, you'll get a significant brightness increase.

The brightness makes people feel safer. Better chance they'll be active outside. So, you get a little more activity. Not a difference in personality/behavior.

Was the Jets game under a full moon??

Close enough, Full moon was the fourth.

My family gets very argumentative  a day or two before the full moon.
