The Dean Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 A decent one. Its unbelievable. Just noticing tonight?
klos63 Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 A decent one. Its unbelievable. I've heard they are a dime a dozen. Should pick up a few.
The Dean Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 I've heard they are a dime a dozen. Should pick up a few. I'll kick in a dime.
Buffalo Bills Fan Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Just noticing tonight? The one they did not match to pay him...
klos63 Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 A decent one. Its unbelievable. McBeane is the only reason Tolbert is in the NFL
The Dean Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 McBeane is the only reason Tolbert is in the NFL Disagree. Tolbert has a place in the NFL. But not as a #2 RB.
popcornpam Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Because they have to give all their friends from Carolina a job
Klaista2k Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 (edited) I know it's seriously !@#$ing mind boggling. Not like it's hard to find a decent back running back to have on the team...yet we just completely neglect it. Way to go Beane you !@#$ing idiot. Edited November 3, 2017 by Klaista2k 1
GoBills! Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 If the ravens can have wood head, west, Collins, and Allen we can have one decent RB2 right?
klos63 Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Disagree. Tolbert has a place in the NFL. But not as a #2 RB. He had been pretty ineffective for the last 3 seasons in Carolina.
The Dean Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 He had been pretty ineffective for the last 3 seasons in Carolina. Like I said, not a #2 RB, Situational guy at best.
Hurricane Marv Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Hey now, Tolbs pitched in 16 yds tonight. Trust the process.
klos63 Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Like I said, not a #2 RB, Situational guy at best. I don't want to spend to much time on tolbert, but I checked his situational stats when we signed him. He was horrible in short yardage, thought that to be a bit of a surprise.
The Dean Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Hey now, Tolbs pitched in 16 yds tonight. Trust the process. McCoy only had 25, on the ground. But yes, of course the Bills need a better #2 RB.
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 This is by far the most infuriating thing about the new regime. Its past the point of stupid.
SaviorPeterman Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Other than the Carolina connection I'm perplexed as to what McD and this team sees in Tolbert. The guy has never been anything more than a short yardage type of back in his career yet we are giving him valuable carries at crucial times this season and rarely is he doing much with them. If this team does crash and burn down the stretch not having a Gillislee or Karlos Williams type of back is going to be the reason why. 1
Hurricane Marv Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 (edited) McCoy only had 25, on the ground. But yes, of course the Bills need a better #2 RB. There's strategy in having your run first team manage only 40 yds yds on the ground among its backs. It's the art of surprise. What are we gonna do next?!?! Edited November 3, 2017 by Hurricane Marv
cba fan Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 (edited) If we ever see Tolbert out in the flat on a 3rd down swing pass again every offensive coach should be called off the sideline into the locker room, stripped naked, fired, and pushed out the back door.
