The Wiz Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 or the ever so popular, "same old bills". i know there are some posters who are just itching to say that. "It's a brand new era!" - Nathaniel Hackett (2013)
Chandler#81 Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 Do your #s include the KC Chiefs on the road stomping the out of NE opening night? or did that somehow slip your mind? Shhhh. He’s on a roll..
Kirby Jackson Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 Biggest concern with this game is the Bills (specifically the offense) have not been good on the road so far this year other than the Atlanta game which some will argue they could have/should have lost if not for the WR injuries to the Falcons. I think the key will be the 1st quarter and if the Bills can figure out how to score some early points and avoid another slow start. Don't let this Jets team get momentum and build a lead like they did against the Pats and Dolphins in recent weeks because unlike those teams we obviously aren't equipped to mount comebacks when trailing by 2+ scores. The Dolphins are equipped to come from behind?
SaviorPeterman Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 (edited) Do your #s include the KC Chiefs on the road stomping the out of NE opening night? or did that somehow slip your mind? Yes but that wasn't a division matchup if that's what your implying. But Chiefs are one of the teams that have gone 5-3 in road TNF matchups so far this season. JPicc2114 Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 I wouldn't say its a trap game. I just think the Bills are a little flat tonight on the road and lose 20-13. Then after the game, people will start freaking out big time about another Bills mid season collapse
Fallser Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 Total Trap Game, On the Road, In NJ, getting attention...Absolutely...that being said, Man-Up and win one of these games finally,..too many times to the Bills see this exposure and then completely fall on their faces.
plenzmd1 Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 Not to be the bearer of bad news, but right now 78% of the money is on the Bills. That is NOT a good sign. Onlu other time this year the Bills were so heavily bet was in Cinci yep, quoting my self! Good news is some late money coming in on the Jets, down to 68% on Bills. And yes, that is a good sign
OldTimeAFLGuy Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 .....I'm thinking (and obviously hoping) that McD's weekly prep of this club, unified as "team", has all but eliminated the word "trap" from OBD vocabulary.......stay tuned..........D&C's Sal M interviewed him last week and asked about being 5-2......and McD dryly ala BB said, "5-2 doesn't win trophies".....'nuff said................
Fan in San Diego Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 moron Pete Pissco almost ALWAYS picks against the Bills. Pretty much a 50 / 50 chance of being right!
The Wiz Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 Pretty much a 50 / 50 chance of being right! Unless they tie, then it's a 50/50/50 chance he's right.
MDH Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 I haven't read any of this thread but how many times has, "there's no such thing as a trap game" been uttered? Given that the thread is on it's 4th page I'm going to go with more than once per page: 5.
Fan in San Diego Posted November 2, 2017 Posted November 2, 2017 Unless they tie, then it's a 50/50/50 chance he's right. I was thinking the Bills usually go 8 and 8 or 7 and 9 so I thought that's a 50/50 chance
Helpmenow Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Every game is a trap game, just go out and take it! Bills 35 Jets 3. way wrong
K D Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Definite trap game. Bills feeling good about themselves, came out uninspired thinking they would walk all over this team. They arent good enough to overlook anyone.

K D Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 No such thing. We are witnessing one right now. Players look tired after a big game last week. Thought they could phone this one in. They are getting their lunch money stolen
