One quick question about the Dareus trade

So if the season ended today Buffalo would receive the Jaguars 5th round pick instead of it's 6th round pick because JVille would be in the playoffs is that correct? Is that all that needs to happen besides Dareus staying on the roster of course.

My question is: Will Marcel Dareus count against the Comp Formula or not because Dareus was traded (as oppossed to went away like Gilmore).

 

Sorry if this seems like a petty question since I am Not all about the Comp picks but curious if it will count or not.
