He did work out with the Bills last week leading to speculation that he was cleared of his injury settlement. Havent heard anything since then. Buffalo rumblings had a good explanation on how the injury settlement would work, they felt in the article that he wouldnt clear the settlement until after Thanksgiving. In other words, if it was a 3 week settlement, we have to wait another 5 weeks after that, for 8 weeks total. Someone also gave the exact date of eligibility which I believe is next week some time.
