BringBackFergy Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 Can I substitute in Freddie Jax for Al Morris?
Gugny Posted October 28, 2017 Author Posted October 28, 2017 Can I substitute in Freddie Jax for Al Morris? Wasn't Fred undrafted?
BringBackFergy Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 Wasn't Fred undrafted? yep. So he would qualify (lower than a 6th)
Gugny Posted October 28, 2017 Author Posted October 28, 2017 yep. So he would qualify (lower than a 6th) No, otherwise the thread title would be 6th round or later .... This is specific to the 6th round - relevant because of the recent trade of your favorite tub of goo player.
BuffaloBill Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 Hardly an impressive list...The Bills dumped the salaryand maybe the sixth becomes valuable as a part of some package deal of picks.
K D Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 Yuck that's a pretty sad list. Needless to say we will not be getting a HOF player out of the Dareus trade
BringBackFergy Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 No, otherwise the thread title would be 6th round or later .... atlbillsfan1975 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Bunch of solid players there and the greatest QB of all time. And I'm not a Pats or Brady fan.
John from Riverside Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 I honestly would trade it for a late 4th in the following year.
Scott7975 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Yuck that's a pretty sad list. Needless to say we will not be getting a HOF player out of the Dareus trade If they use the pick as just a 6th round pick probably not no. They can still be traded you know.

moshermw Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Not Brady, but for info, TT was 6th RD, #180 overall.
uticaclub Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Not Brady, but for info, TT was 6th RD, #180 overall. Exactly
njbuff Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 The point of the trade was for the Bills to get away from that albatross, player and contract....,.................... not the compensation.
NoSaint Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 If they use the pick as just a 6th round pick probably not no. They can still be traded you know. Oh, with that info we are really changing the equation
Gugny Posted October 29, 2017 Author Posted October 29, 2017 The point of the trade was for the Bills to get away from that albatross, player and contract....,.................... not the compensation. That's not the purpose of this thread. People's feelings about why the trade happened, and whether it was good or bad, are being discussed in other threads. The purpose of this thread was simply to show the most successful sixth round picks in NFL history. A pissing match was the last goal I had in mind. I just thought it was a fun topic.
Scott7975 Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Oh, with that info we are really changing the equation Yeah the equation does really change. When you go from OMG we can never get a good player in the 6th round to... it can be packaged to trade up anywhere in the draft.
