CanadianFan Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 The Carolina Panthers have never had back to back winning seasons. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/car/ So is that what happens when you have a franchise QB, that people automatically assumes you're a good team even when facts don't back it up? I hope McDermott can find better consistency than his old boss. Because that's the hallmark of a really good coach - getting consistently good performance from a team over time.
Real McClappy Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 (edited) Not really a fun fact. I see them making the playoffs 6 times since 2003 with 2 SB appearances. I'll take that for the Bills since 03 up, granted 2 more SB losses would suck, but would have been a fun ride. Edited October 19, 2017 by Real McCoy
Captain Murica Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 Hey, we could be the Bengals who haven't won a play-off game since 1990!
JMF2006 Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 Well McD wasn't the head coach there and besides we will need at least a 3-4 year span to spot a trend here.

Carolina Panthers seasons are about as consistent as Cam's mechanics unfortunately.
CanadianFan Posted October 20, 2017 Author Posted October 20, 2017 Carolina Panthers seasons are about as consistent as Cam's mechanics unfortunately. It still isn't an excuse, considering the weak division they're in, and the soft schedules they've had. I was so sure they've had back to back winning seasons. If they didn't have Cam, I don't think they make SB. Simple as that. They are looking less and less impressive.
OldNMBillsFan Posted October 20, 2017 Posted October 20, 2017 Something I seen this morning. I don't know if it has already been discussed, but the Bills are 5th in home field advantage over the last 10 years. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/20371914/home-field-advantage-nfl-2017-toughest-easiest-teams-play-road-more
