The timing of them has been pretty bad as well, seems like they're always taking first downs off the board and putting us in bad situations offensively.
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 that's true. However I thought that the actual #'s are down from last season. Jack and the beane stalk ?? oye
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted October 19, 2017 Author Posted October 19, 2017 that's true. However I thought that the actual #'s are down from last season. Jack and the beane stalk ?? oye It feels like every big run we have - mccoy off tackle, tyrod scrambling for a first on that 3rd and 10 i think, all get called back on holds. Some are real, some were a bit more questionable. Hopefully this heads back towards average as the season wears on.

Has there been 1 every game? http://www.nflpenalties.com/team/buffalo-bills?year=2017&view=games

Kind of stupid unless you assume that we did. Holding often opens up big holes for running backs to make the big plays you're talking about. It's not just something that "happened".
