Roundybout Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Shefter says that the 49ers are shopping him around, and there are some interested teams. Think the Bills could use him?
ndirish1978 Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 If the bills are expending resources it should be on the other side of the ball.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Too costly. They'll stick with what they have at LB.
PABillsfan23 Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Too costly. They'll stick with what they have at LB. Oh the mediocrity
26CornerBlitz Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Oh the mediocrity You're back for more huh? Does the defense look mediocre to you in 2017?
boyst Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 (edited) You're back for more huh? Does the defense look mediocre to you in 2017? the linebackers do, yes. I know I'm not him and I know you'll never respond but out LB's aren't that good Edited October 13, 2017 by Boyst62
Andrew Son Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 the linebackers do, yes. I know I'm not him and I know you'll never respond but out LB's aren't that good Our LB's have been fine.
thenorthremembers Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 the linebackers do, yes. I know I'm not him and I know you'll never respond but out LB's aren't that good I would agree here, albeit partially. Preston Brown is not the long term answer at MLB. However, Bowman probably needs to be on a 3-4 Defense where he can focus on the run as his days being a help in the passing game are behind him. Not worth trading a pick for as he doesnt help us past the short term either.
MAJBobby Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Not sure about going to get a 29 year old LBer on a real big contract. http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/san-francisco-49ers/navorro-bowman-6599/
SaviorPeterman Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 LB depth wouldn't hurt but it's no secret that WR needs to be the top priority if we bring in outside help. Oline and RB would also be a priority.
JM2009 Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Oh the mediocrity The defense? No. The defense is very good. We beat Atlanta and Denver-remember?

Oline and RB would also be a priority. It would be nice to have all these things agreed. I don't want Bowman because he's not a FA, we would have to give up a resource in order to get him and I'd rather we spend what we have trying to get a QB next year and maybe a WR early on.
Andrew Son Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Would probably make sense for the Pats*** Hope not...
H2o Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 He's a 3-4 ILB who has had some major injury issues. Word is he has clearly lost a step out there as well. I say pass.
MAJBobby Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Now that he is released. And that contract doesnt come with him absolutely call him up
