What's the difference? The outcome is the same.

Not seeing it fast enough is fixable. Not seeing it at all takes a lot more work. Taylor, like EJ doesn't see it at all.

When the Bills win Tyrod has nothing to do with the outcome. When the Bills lose Tyrod has everything to do with the outcome. Rinse and repeat.

If you read everything, I did not pin it all on him. It was a complete lack of execution. However TT doesn't help unless he is a threat to run for 50+ yards a game.

Not referring to you, just the most nonobjective and ardent critics.

It's not fixable. He's 28 years old. This is who he is.

You may be right but Alex Smith didn't start playing well until his 7th year in the league (6th as a starter) and he was 27. He is probably having his best year now while being 33.

Doesn't see it or doesn't see it fast enough.

From the plays I saw, it seems he does both. Sometimes he misses a guy wide open and other times he misses the window of opportunity even though he's staring right at a guy

If you follow bills fanatics on Instagram, they have alot of plays posted

Im not saying that TT had a good game....but people hammering their tired ass false agenda's gets old

Tyrod IS throwing to the middle of the field.....much more so this year then in previous years

and

ALL QBS miss throws

For christ sake Dalton was just throwing the ball up into the air and letting Green go get it.....maybe the problem is not so much the QB in this game as it was that his primary receiving target and only deep threat went down ear.....and a starting WR in Mathews was already out?

That play is 100% on Logan Thomas not knowing how to be a TE. What a horrible break down from a 12 year old.

It's bad analysis on how the ball should be thrown (doesn't need to float one over the defender a la the McCoy throw, just throw a pass in front of Thomas over LB's outside shoulder) but he's right in that Taylor hesitated.

Agreed. Thomas has to recognize that coverage better and adjust his route accordingly. He kept the patten flat when he should have turned upfield. By the time he realizes what TT wants him to do, it's all over.

Beuerlein said the same thing...

Beuerlein agreed with Cover 1. He said that Tyrod needed to throw sooner, but then faulted Thomas for continuing to run sideways

This is the slow reaction that has been a fatal flaw for Tyrod. He needs to make a split decision to pass to Logan Thomas immediately and he hesitates, which costs them four points.

I see this differently. It seems obvious that TT is wanting Thomas to push the route upfield into that vacated area because it would be an easy TD. Instead, Thomas keeps running the route flat to the sidelines. It's clear that's what Tyrod was waiting for. I think it shows Thomas inexperience more than anything. The dbs vacated that part of the field should have been a sight adjustment on the part of the TE Edited by Boatdrinks

I think after he saw the replay Beuelein realized that Thomas screwed up.

Just watched the play on Game Pass. Actually it was Tasker who criticized Taylor with Beuerlein subsequently chiming in to do the same. Neither assigned blame to Thomas.

If the ball is thrown when it ought to be Thomas walks into the endzone.

On the replay, Beuerlein admitted that Thomas should not have kept running sideways.

But this play is a perfect illustration of why Tyrod will continue to struggle. He doesn't trust the first instinct to make the throw and needs to wait for the perfect throw. A 10-11 win QB makes that throw immediately.

Same with the last series. He hesitated with a decision to throw immediately into a briefly open window, and then passed a chance to gain about 10 yards by running through the open lane. That split second hesitation costs wins.

You must be watching another Game Pass, because Beuerlein said nothing about Thomas.

Absolutely. When the ball wasn't thrown, Thomas made the mistake of breaking the route off towards the sideline. He should have turned up field at that point. Had he done so, the play would have resulted in six. Blame should be placed on both parties for this play imo. .

You just continue to make utterly stupid statements like the above bolded here on TSW.

3 QB's win 10-11 games every year.........Rodgers, Brady and Russell Wilson..........and sometimes teams with bad QB play win 10+ games........or even a SB.
