Liberals stick to principles, BLAST Weinstein

Firing people for allegations of sexual misconduct is so passe.  We've moved on to firing people for allegations of not believing allegations of sexual misconduct.

And I heard on the radio (from some director of some association of "University Women," whatever that is) that the purpose of this is to end male domination in leadership roles and let women take over.  No ****, somebody with some sort of authority in some sort of organization actually said that out loud.

A University woman obviously speaking from the shelter of her safe space, deep beneath the center for Women's Studies at the Susan B Anthony University for Feminist Warriors and General Emasculation.

15-30 more are about to be scandaled in Congress if you believe the local beat reporters' twitter feeds....

Also, this article's logic made me laugh - as it's the same logic most have used here to debate tearing down confederate statues. Per politico's logic, based on how they covered that story to how this article is framed: "it's perfectly fine to judge people from the Civil War era with our modern lenses, but it's immoral to judge WJC by today's sexual harassment/assault lens because things were TOO DIFFERENT back in the 1990s."

The generation that grew up in the late 80s, early 90s, is going to become the "Ruined" generation. A generation who's heroes and icons have just been ruined.

There should just be a massive thread for all this sexual harassment stuffs. Anyway, not Hollywood but close to, and a good judge. Just a bad sophomoric sense of humor. I wonder when men are going to push back on ticky-tac claims.

Well...yeah, no ****.  Considering the 9th's long, lugubrious record of molesting the law...

TO BE FAIR, IT MEANT THIS BEFORE KOZINSKI, TOO:

After Kozinski: Cleaning up the 9th Circuit means splitting it up.

“Whatever one makes of the allegations (ranging from groping to showing pornography to clerks and others), their sheer extent and duration indicate a level of administrative chaos in keeping with the court’s general anarchy, and its undermining of judicial process. Congress must finally accept the decision reached 40 years ago by its Commission on Revision of the Federal Court Appellate System: The 9th Circuit must be split up.

The current situation harms litigants, including accused criminals and victims awaiting final disposition of their cases, along with the businesses, civil associations, and local governments that depend on clear, consistent, and known rules.”

They really do need to break up the 9th, it's too damned big to be anywhere near efficient (not to mention they keep putting loonies on the bench out there).

By way of comparison, the 2nd Circuit is New York, Vermont, and Connecticut; the 9th Circuit is Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona (also Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands).

Well, if they just cut Guam out of that it would be a significant relief for Representative Starkist from Kalifornya. She could fast-track all the Leftist special grievances through there.

Ah, here's the rub though. There are so many leftist grievances that if Guam processed them all it might tip over.

Thank God Chappelle had some sense here. Seriously, I think what happened to Louie CK was stupid. He was jacking off while some lady was on the phone with him? And, people freak out? He asked if these people minded if he just started jacking it and plenty of people told him they did mind. Why are these folks who say they just giggled so offended? At some point women too, are adults.
