row_33 Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 So they are going to have a purity test for liberal support? Sort of like asking and then dismissing everyone who had a puff of weed from 1960 through 1995?
B-Man Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Well................it seems the Libs are having second thoughts..............things are moving too quickly........... THE #METOO MOVEMENT SPUTTERS: ● New York Times columnist who called on Al Franken to resign has ‘second thoughts.’ ● The Times Is “Torn” About Whether Glenn Thrush Should Lose His Job Over Sexual-Misconduct Allegations. ● ABCNews’ Alleged “Proud Independent” Chief Political Analyst [Matthew Dowd]: There’s a Big Difference Between Rapists and Molesters Working for “The Common Good” (i.e., Progressives) and Those Not Working for the “Common Good” (i.e., Conservatives). MSNBC’s Joy Reid tweets, “The Kennedys occupy a special place in our national consciousness. JFK had a roguish gallantry. Jackie O had the glamour and pathos of a Hollywood star. RFK had the seeds of goodness and greatness. Teddy chased redemption. Americans love those kinds of narratives.” Becket Adams of the Washington Examiner responds to Reid: “Teddy chased redemption.” You can straight up drown a woman, sexually assault a waitress, etc., etc. and *still* be eulogized with this fluffy ****. The #MeToo movement sputters. Finally: ● CNN’s Dylan Byers Laments ‘Drain of Talent’ With Harassers Leaving Hollywood, Media. How much worse can movies get? (I know, I know, that’s a perennial question for Hollywood.) https://pjmedia.com/instapundit/281537/ .

Joe Miner Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 So I'm guessing we're about to start removing any statues or names of buildings that honor these politicians we're redefining as sexual predators based on our current values? I mean how can a woman walk by a statue of JFK and not feel victimized? Or the Bill Clinton library? Or the old Bush that liked young bush intelligence center?

You are not allowed to judge anything a liberal or lefty or Democrat does Unless it was a Democrat fighting for the Confederacy Dems who 100% supported Jim Crow for almost all the 20th century are fine and dandy with them Edited November 23, 2017 by row_33
B-Man Posted November 24, 2017 Posted November 24, 2017 Ruth Marcus: Are we now at risk of overreacting to sexual harassment? It’s never an overreaction until it starts to hurt Democrats. As Richard Fernandez said, they put these torpedoes in the water to take out Trump, but now they’ve circled back around.

B-Man Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Cokie Roberts: Oh, We All Knew To Avoid Getting in An Elevator With Rep. Conyers by Christine Rousselle Original Article And no one said a word. Liberal "icon" don't ya know...................... .
row_33 Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 There was one story back in the day about the Detroit Symphony not having enough African-Americans so Conyers demanded they hire a top black cellist or lose funding... so the man in charge of the project wrote out his attempts to carry out this mandate with simply zero point zero candidates available who would be willing to move to Detroit. -------- Thank you Ms. Coulter: 1607-1968: Women in America were treated better than any place else on Earth, at any time in history. 1968-1991: Manson Family values swept the nation, with the rise of the Worst Generation. Left-wing men, from senators to hippies, treated women as subjugated beings and sexual playthings. The Weathermen forced girls into group sex. The Supreme Court granted constitutional protection to the most vile forms of pornography. Hollywood dumped the Hays Code, and promptly went pedal-to-the-metal on movies showing the bright side of the sexual exploitation of women. Sen. Teddy Kennedy let a girl drown at Chappaquiddick, after driving with his lights off to avoid detection on the way to a late-night extramarital liaison, and then didn't report the accident for hours, passing houses with their lights on, while he tried to construct an alibi, ending with him asking his cousin to say he was driving. The New York Times' James Reston's first sentence on Kennedy's killing and cover-up was: "Tragedy has again struck the Kennedy family." Within 11 years Kennedy was running for president to gushing press notices. 1991-the near-present: Sexual degradation of women is still taken utterly unseriously by the left, as sexual harassment is used exclusively as a political weapon against enemies of the state: conservatives, white men, athletes and Haven Monahan, the rakish UVA frat boy who didn't exist, but was still made infamous by Rolling Stone magazine.

Food for thought: Is this string of public outings and the utter detonation of major media figures all in a row coincidence? Is it just the inevitable result of a viral #MeToo campaign? ... Or are we seeing a deliberate take down of a network? "In 1977, Carl Bernstein published an exposé of a CIA program known as Operation Mockingbird, a covert program involving, according to Bernstein, “more than 400 American journalists who in the past 25 years have secretly carried out assignments for the Central Intelligence Agency.” Bernstein found that in “many instances” CIA documents revealed that “journalists were engaged to perform tasks for the CIA with the consent of the managements of America’s leading news organizations.” https://www.thenation.com/article/why-are-the-media-taking-the-cias-hacking-claims-at-face-value/
row_33 Posted November 29, 2017 Posted November 29, 2017 I grew up watching my aunts and uncles of the 60s generation screaming that they were gonna do whatever they wanted with anyone, on the street if they wanted, without consent and nobody could do a thing about it now they've all turned into seniors and are more Victorian than Victoria ever dreamed of quite amusing the whole time watching this... 1
