BuffaloBaumer Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 It would have been nice to win but Buffalo did not deserve the w. Inless Tyrod has his A game, Bills have no chance. Unfortunately, we only see that A game about once a year. The defense has gotten them this far and the streak was fun while it lasted. Let's a hope there is a team picking in the top 5 that won't pick a qb.
fridge Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Not a chance. Three huge turnovers and a big punt return, they gave us plenty of chances to put this game away.
Jasovon Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Cinci are a worse team than us, they got some breaks from the refs, they were gifted first downs while they took them from us. They turned it over multiple times, the complete lack of a passing game and the fact we have no depth at CB was all that won them this game.

Captain Murica Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Yeah, those 65 yards rushing and 3 turnovers sure showed us.
SaviorPeterman Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 It's hard to say that Cinci is better, but most saw this game coming miles away including Vegas who had the Bengals favored from day one. Now if the Bengals go on to win 6 straight games and win the division/make the playoffs this loss doesn't look so bad in hindsight depending on what the Bills also do. Bottom line though when you go on the road and create 3 turnovers you have to win that game regardless of the level of competition and today's loss is reason why the skeptics will be out in full force saying it's simply the same old bills, which they are.
dayman Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 We have no weapons in the passing game, Tyrod sucks, and we can't run the ball. /season
JM2009 Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 How can he have an A game with no WRs and his starting TE out? Cincy O play would have shifted along with our D play. Bills handed them this game. Was a rough, rough loss today Edited October 8, 2017 by Real McCoy
JM57 Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 How can he have an A game with no WRs and his starting TE out? Shut up and drink the kool aid. The one thing many fans who don't take time to digest the game.further will do after a loss is blame the QB.
Mark Vader Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Not buying it. This game could have gone either way.

Wrong...they have intentionally made themselves worse in the short term to improve in the long term...they have a plan and we have already begun to see it working. At some point you cant keep losing starters and have no dropoff, especially on offense where they are very thin at best. If Clau doesnt go out we win this game...that is a huge loss already down Matthews Edited October 8, 2017 by matter2003
dayman Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 btw Zay Jones is a bust...time to admit this guy is not likely to get good...he'll be lucky to end up a Goodwin-level player when its all said and done
xRUSHx Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 The D gives Tyrod extra chances over and over again and Tyrod proves to be the guy he was the last few seasons, not good enough.
BuffaloBaumer Posted October 8, 2017 Author Posted October 8, 2017 Not buying it. This game could have gone either way. Yes it could have but costly mistakes by Green kept us in it. Cinci has a defense AND a decent offense...thus my thinking they are better.

If Clau doesnt go out we win this game...that is a huge loss already down Matthews But we all knew the injuries were coming, it's the nature of the beast especially in Buffalo and i'm tired of the excuse as to why this is some sort of reason the Bills can't make the playoffs compared to other teams that in some cases are in more dire situations year after year (i.e. the Pats). And that's why serious teams make sure they have adequate depth to weather the injuries that are going to happen to even the most loaded rosters. The bills on the other hand rely on late round draft picks and other also ran players that would be out of the league if not for the Bills. Everybody knew this team was top heavy and always has been and we are now another injury or two away from this season completely going off the rails, it might anyway because certain players aren't giving this team much (McCoy, Dareus, etc).

He's been pretty underwhelming so far.
8-8 Forever? Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 How can he have an A game with no WRs and his starting TE out? Injuries, injuries, injuries. a third of the starters out or severely limited, you ain't winnin' on the road in the NFL. it's ok, anyone on this board takes 3-2 at the bye all day and all night, and you know it
