xRUSHx Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Taylor had 39 yards in the 2nd half. THIRTY NINE. cannot be any worse with PetermanPlays like a backup, I agree Peterman can't be any worse, in fact I think he will be a huge improvement with his quick release that will help everyone.Everyone on the offense looks bad when your QB isn't good enough.
Steptide Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 It could be. Peterman could have 39 yards and 3 ints in the second half. So what? Turnovers are so over rated as today was absolute proof of that
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Taylor had 39 yards in the 2nd half. THIRTY NINE. cannot be any worse with Peterman Do you honestly think Peterman is secretly killing it in practice and they are just deciding not to play him?
Scott7975 Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 So what? Turnovers are so over rated as today was absolute proof of that It would still be worse. Turnovers aren't over rated at all. Most teams lose with those kinds of turnovers.
xRUSHx Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 (edited) Do you honestly think Peterman is secretly killing it in practice and they are just deciding not to play him?Has nothing to do with what Peterman is doing in practice, Tyrod is being paid bigger money to be the starter so they are playing the money maker. Proving they way overpaid for that backup play.Really bad he got a raise and this is what we got out of it. It would still be worse. Turnovers aren't over rated at all. Most teams lose with those kinds of turnovers. Too bad Cinci didn't lose Edited October 8, 2017 by xRUSHx

DC Tom Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Who's Peterman going to throw to? Richie Incognito? This team is one WR injury away from running all-tackle-eligible-jumbo-running-packages, all the time.

DC Tom Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Are you really denying that most teams lose when they turn over the football 3 times. Except against the Bills.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 The caller says the Bills would be 5-0 with Peterman at QB.
DC Tom Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 The caller says the Bills would be 5-0 with Peterman at QB. I'd advocate kicking that caller's ass, except the risk of CTE is too high...
Behindenemylines Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 What I fail to understand is why Tyrod is not taking off and running more. Is he being told to stay in the pocket and go through progressions? If so thats a big fail by Dennison. Tyrods game is taking off and running when things break down. Thats when he has success
Scott7975 Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Are you denying that Cinci won No and I'm also not denying that Taylor played bad today. Has nothing to do with my post.
Behindenemylines Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 I agree. Could have picked up yardage and 1st several times. Again little awareness which if isn't there by now just won't be.

fansince88 Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Taylor just looks lost but he has nobody to be lost with.

The only thing he is consistent at is throwing for 180 yards per game. I'll bet when the all 22 comes out Tuesday we'll see plenty of plays that didn't get made Edited October 8, 2017 by Steptide

Dragonborn10 Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Peterman could toss two first half picks, the oppoding defense would still stack the box to stop the run, and the Bills could be down two scores at the half not tied. If the Bills lose to Tampa and Oakland, go ahead and pull the plug on TT. But switching to Peterman will not make the WR group any better than 32nd in the league.
