SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 I think it is SO CUTE how you two joined forces. CUTE! give it an hour and and Transplant will be joining them. oh and a shout out to This post is hidden because you have chosen to ignore posts by jm2009
Figster Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 No. I was refuting a silly point about throwing over offensive lineman. seeing, not throwing , theres a difference
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 Aaron Rodgers more then doubled Taylor on the wonderlic, but , but , but, ouch
26CornerBlitz Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 seeing, not throwing , theres a difference Keep holding on. Does the OL duck or does a QB have to jump to see over them? ouch Whoosh!
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 You can't hit what you can't see when a 6' 5" line is in front of a 6' 1" player. I thought thats what I said seeing, not throwing , theres a difference .
26CornerBlitz Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 I thought thats what I said . How do Drew Brees or Aaron Rodgers do it when neither is 6'5"?
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 and my ignore list just grew by 1. Possibly 2 before tonight.
MJS Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 The switch can be worse by Peterman throwing a bunch of interceptions and taking a ton of sacks, which is what rookies usually do. There's no reason to believe that a rookie late round pick will do any better. Everyone is just hoping that he will.
Figster Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 and my ignore list just grew by 1. Possibly 2 before tonight. I wouldn't go that far Shady, Appreciate the back and forth fellas , gotta run...
xRUSHx Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 (edited) You're telling me. Let's review recent "conclusions" about Taylor : He can't see over the line He can't see the whole field He can't read defenses He can't get rid of the ball on time He can't throw with accuracy He can't "lead receivers" He can't make decisions He can't throw over the middle And so on, ad infinitum ...... Here's Taylor's numbers the last two years throwing to a moderately good pair of receivers (Watkins & Woods) - not super all-pro, but moderately good : 63.6% comp. 8.25 YPA. 27 TD passes. 6 INTs Isn't amazing that a quarterback with so many irredeemable flaws can perform so well with decent (not great) NFL talent to work with? Stats lie especially Tyrods. Most of his stats are padded stats when the game is already over. Take a look at good old Trent Edwards the same stat garbage was thrown at everyone when fans wanted him replaced. Many games Tyrod would stink up the first 3 quarters then all of a sudden in prevent D he comes alive and pads those stats, well we lost but Tyrods numbers were ok.SMH Edited October 10, 2017 by xRUSHx

"SMH" Site specific games and totals. he wont.... he's just swear up and down he's seen the 3rd, 4th, and 5th stringers wide open all game every game and claim that routinely missing your first and 2nd options in the passing game for extended periods of time during a season shouldn't matter........ becuz eye ball test Edited October 10, 2017 by Stank_Nasty
grb Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 (edited) He can't see over the line - It's a problem but Russ Wilson is 2.5 inches shorter so it's doable He can't see the whole field - He has slow progression speed, if that's what you mean He can't read defenses - No, I think he can read defenses just fine He can't get rid of the ball on time - Sometimes he can, but not often enough. He can't throw with accuracy - This is false. His accuracy is fine. He can't "lead receivers" - False He can't make decisions - Be more specific He can't throw over the middle - He's improved on that this season, which is nice Wow. What a epic mega-way to miss the point !!! Let me reiterate as clearly as possible : If Taylor REALLY couldn't do all these things sofa-coaches claim, then he wouldn't magically be able to (suddenly) do them when he has normal-grade receivers to throw to. The fact that he can complete 63.6% of his throws for 8.25 yards per attempt and 27 touchdown passes with only 6 interceptions when playing with decent (not great) receivers suggest the laundry list of his crippling flaws is wildly-exaggerated fanboy nonsense. That's what I meant.... Edited October 10, 2017 by grb

Cowardice.

Prior to the Bengals game, Taylor was eighth by NFL (not ESPN) passer rating. How much of that was "padded" because the game was already over? Do you really believe this nonsense you're spouting? xRUSHx Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 Site specific games and totals. Too much work to look back, tell you the truth I really don't care, I have been to enough of his games and watched him on TV to know he just isn't good enough. Gives me a headache looking at Tyrod who is just another QB in the longest playoffless looser streak in sports. Prop him up all you want Tyrod is in his last year and it cant come soon enough.

Royale with Cheese Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 Hey look! Throwing lanes! It looks like Richie is trying to hide.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 It looks like Richie is trying to hide. That's because he knows Tyrod isn't 6'5".
