I will say I Never had a problem with the On Air Staff, or with the marketing or promotion staff either. I had a problem with a sales guy (hint his daddy has been on the radio a long time) who took control (corp. power struggle) after marketing/promotions ran it smoothly for 5 plus years. The big tent at the gr pregame party has always been a Thank You party tent for advertisers. Well when one game this year, a Bus pulled in to the lot and most people were already drunk. People were throwing up, some could not open the door to 1 of my 8 restrooms so they pissed in public THAT I DO NOT PUT UP WITH. Things got out of control. Even a long time gr advertisier left early as he told me this not what I signed up for. There were other things that happened which I Will Not Tolerate on my property. In general I got the feeling the sales guy got his commission and left his mess for somebody else to deal with it. I can be very nice, but don't try to take advantage of me I turn in to a _____! Many years ago gr's microwave signal was over rode by the CBS signal from the stadium. I let gr do the round table from inside my house. They had to use a hard landline. Nobody was allowed into my house not ever my wife for 75 minutes. She was not to happy to say the least. But I helped gr. get their program on the air and also revenue from their advertisers.
