He was ready for his first NFL start, McDermott insisted. The Bills' first-year coach hand-picked Milano for his scheme and was ready to see him in action. BuffAlone Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 Man, if he can gain 10-15 lbs this kid can be extemely solid. I was impressed by his play overall, but it's a long season to be mauled by heavier, stouter opponets week in n week out.
