JerseyBills Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Quality article by Rodack. Someone feel free to embed. Just wow at what losing Gilmore has done to this reinvented secondary, giving them this ability to add perfect scheme fits, and all but Gaines are signed for the next 3 seasons, their play imo is also overshadowing an elite start to the front 4. Being 1/11 of a defense, playing as a true team has been a pleasure to watch and this amazing, loyal to a fault fan base deserves a team we can be proud of! http://www.espn.com/blog/buffalo-bills/post/_/id/29359/how-losing-stephon-gilmore-helped-bills-build-a-winning-secondary

PromoTheRobot Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Don't flame me but this D is what the Patriots used to be famous for.

Gilmore' performance this year should surprise no one as he displayed a me first, all about the money attitude when here, and is the anthesis of a leader. The Bills were absolutely right to walk away from making him one of the most highly paid CBs in the league. Not the kind of player you want to put near the top of your salary scale, as the Bills are finding out with Dareus now.
