Cripple Creek Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 In MN if the over/under is set at 27.5 take the over. http://www.startribune.com/western-minnesota-man-arrested-for-28th-dwi/449276803/
LeviF Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Wouldn't even matter if he did lose his license. He was willing to drive outside the bounds of his restricted license. He'd be willing to drive without one at all.
Royale with Cheese Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 "I am way over," he said. "Take me to jail."
Greybeard Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 After surving on the Grand Jury in upstate NY about 20 years ago, why does it matter? A license isn't required to drive.
CDogg20 Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Upstate NY here, and my buddy is on 3. Each time was just a slap on the wrist and once he almost killed someone(resuscitated on heli). He gets his license back very soon. They make a big deal out of duis but do they really give a damn?

He gets his license back very soon. They make a big deal out of duis but do they really give a damn? Not unless MADD is able to generate significant support for an alternative candidate.
ExiledInIllinois Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 (edited) Well evidently you don't, why would you expect anyone else to? You make a valid point. Everybody is between a rock and a hard place. Wheels are almost always needed to be to able to work and generate income, a living. I suppose he could be there for his Buddy and drive him around. What else more can somebody do before you cut them off before they phuck up your life too. Self-driving cars can't come soon enough. Yet, how this will be handled when the "driver" is incapacitated? So many questions. Edited October 7, 2017 by ExiledInIllinois
