CanadianFan Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Was he clapping in ATL? They didn't show enough shots of him on sidelines. I know some of you grim old farts can't stand it, but I love it. KEEP ON CLAPPING COACH MCD! 1

Cripple Creek Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Speaking of the clap...do you know what cotton eye joe is slang for?
Nanker Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Speaking of the clap...do you know what cotton eye joe is slang for? Why no. Care to enlighten us?
Juice_32 Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Why no. Care to enlighten us? such an underrated movie in my opinion
Kelly the Dog Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 My personal opinion is that CBS and FOX are just going to collide and decide not to show McD clapping on the sidelines the same way that FOX just announced they would not be showing the anthems in the future.
krf139 Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 He was clapping like crazy on Zay's 3rd down drop.
Royale with Cheese Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 He was clapping a lot. I was the game looking for it. I could hear it from the upper deck....he's got a nice decibel level with those palms.
K D Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 he was clapping on his way off the field after the W. there's a clip of it somewhere
BillsFan130 Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I may be a minority but for some reason he constant clapping irritates me a bit. It really is not a big deal and it does not change my opinion of him as a head coach as I think he has done a great job fixing the defence, but when things go bad and I see him clapping non stop, just kind of pisses me off lol
Guffalo Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 (edited) Well, I suppose it is better than ringing a bell on the sideline Edited October 4, 2017 by Guffalo

I want an even keeled coach that can keep a positive demeanor and inspire belief from his players even when things aren't going perfectly. Tyrod recently spoke about the different mindset of the team this year. Said that they don't let anything rattle them, even when things are going badly during a game. Said how they don't lose the belief/confidence that they can win if they just continue to stick to their game plan. I think much/most of that has to be attributed to McDermott. I think teams kind of tend to take on the personality of their head coach and in this case that seems to be a really good thing (so far).
LABILLBACKER Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 The enthusiastic clapping is great...the train horn is annoying!
BuffaloMatt Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Wish it was longer! ( I know - That's what she said)
The Wiz Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Wish it was longer! ( I know - That's what she said) When the seasons over I'm sure we will have a full songs worth of clapping.
