YattaOkasan Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 I want to see the play but apparently he ran completely the opposite way of the play once. Was Milano supposed to be on the field during that 4th and 1 (heard it was an LB we were missing)? If so thats pretty bad too.
r00tabaga Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 I want to see the play but apparently he ran completely the opposite way of the play once. Yup
BillnutinHouston Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 This is false. He took the wrong angle on two huge Atlanta runs. He also was late for a 4th qtr 3rd down pass conversion. Not having studied "the film" nor claiming to understand responsibilities if I did, this ^ was my take as well during the game.
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 I say stick Alexander back there as our MLB as he would be great there as well...
JerseyBills Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 humber isn't as good as people want to believeHe's made somee plays in all 4 games, I haven't received watched ATL yet but I do agree it's more a product of the front 4, I wouldn't consider him bad either
GunnerBill Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Milano looked lost in the run game. He was adequate enough against the pass.... but struggled mightily against the run.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Dude broke his hand and came out second half in a cast....he's a stud. He'll be back in no time. Saw that too. All heart man
MarlinTheMagician Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Our family knows Milano's family. He is a great kid and an absolute student of the game. Completely dedicated. He won't make the same mistakes. And he can fly, should be great in coverage and running sideline-to-sideline. The problem is that while he runs like a safety, he is also about the size of a large safety at 225 listed. I have been watching him closely given the connection (which also makes him my fave), and i think he could be really good, but right now he seems to lack the power to get off NFL blocks. If he had more time to build up his body I believe he would fix that, but it could be tough against the run right now. With his speed, however, he is capable of a lot of splash plays (picks, tackles behind line when he shoots the gap). If you watch his BC highlights you will see that. Good luck Matty!
1st Ammendment NoMas Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 I wouldn't mind me some Hodges. He looked great. I'm surprised we cut him. But who leaves if we add him and a WR?
GG Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Not many options out there at this point, with Jenkins & Hodges probably best available: OLB FAs

I like Milano and liked the pick. Just think he has a ways to go at the moment.

CanadianFan Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Was he the one missing on the last defensive play of the game?
26CornerBlitz Posted October 2, 2017 Author Posted October 2, 2017 Was he the one missing on the last defensive play of the game? Nope. Already out of the game due to injury by then.
Mark Vader Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Nope. Already out of the game due to injury by then. I think CanadianFan was referring to Milano.
K D Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Humber having surgery as per McD. No timetable on return
SaviorPeterman Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Humber is no superstar but will be interesting to see how the Bills handles this loss, among other current injury issues. Easy to say 'next man up' but it's no secret this team is not loaded with depth and sticking in a mid round draft pick rookie doesn't inspire confidence especially with some other loaded offensive teams coming up the schedule.
YoloinOhio Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Humber having surgery as per McD. No timetable on returnsurgery? Yeah forget about coming back after the bye week. IR him.
