BringBackFergy Posted September 27, 2017 Author Posted September 27, 2017 BringBackFergy.... you're an idiotShow me another Bills QB who brought us closer to the playoffs in the last 15 years. I'll wait for your proof.... or your apology.
billsfan_34 Posted September 27, 2017 Posted September 27, 2017 The wall is meant for team legends. This guy is no legend. I can't believe anyone would disagree with me on that either. Ding ding ding
HuSeYiN_NYC Posted September 27, 2017 Posted September 27, 2017 Hello! We are discussing the 12-game HoF-worthy career of Kyle Orton, and why, for some incomprehensible reason, ignorant people do not want him on the Bills Wall of Fame. I never pay any mind to people who have no football IQ. That's why I come to TBD... Smartest fans in the world. Although i didn't feel there was a need to even make this thread. Anybody with a pair of eyes or access to a radio (if they're visually impaired) during Orton's tenure here will know that him being on the WOF or not is not even a question.
Gray Beard Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 I can't wait to see Kyle lead the charge on the day when his place on the wall is unveiled
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 Seriously?! Lol , no What no poll?
Augie Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 If Kyle Williams middle name is Orton, then that's different. Love me some KW. KO? Not the same....
billsfan1960 Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 This has to be a joke, no way Jose. LOL
BringBackFergy Posted September 28, 2017 Author Posted September 28, 2017 This has to be a joke, no way Jose. LOLSo you're telling me that KO didn't give you the brightest glimmer of hope in the last 15 or 16 years? 9-7 didn't make you think "maybe...just maybe we have something here"?? There is not one other player who served success on a red, white and blue platter during that 15 year period and yet you gents laugh at him? No wonder he retired. I wouldn't sacrifice my back, body and mental fortitude for a bunch of MMQ's like you fellas.
Enemarty Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 Great post, BBF. Made my afternoon. I've enjoyed watching you shoot the fish in the barrel and will no doubt continue to enjoy it as more swim by (though I'm a little terrified of what appears to be the average intelligence of posters - good God!). I mean seriously. There was only ever one response to the post and 26CornerBlitz nailed it immediately. People need to chill.
4_kidd_4 Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 I was inspired to shave the beard down to a mustache and smoked a couple cigars at the tailgate during Ortons brief reign here. Hes got my vote.
Rob's House Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 I think you have to put him up there. After what he did for the organization, and his commitment to excellence both on and off the field, it's really a no-brainer. He saved us from 12 games of EJ Manuel under center. Give the man his due.
White Linen Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 The wall is meant for team legends. This guy is no legend. I can't believe anyone would disagree with me on that either. I think the hall is meant for legends. The wall is if he's one of the great Bills and there's an argument that Orton is.
BringBackFergy Posted September 28, 2017 Author Posted September 28, 2017 (edited) I see some TBD members have come around. Thanks Kidd and Rob....and Linen. Edited September 28, 2017 by BringBackFergy
without a drought Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 How is this not a poll? How high are you? This one too.
mykidsdad Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 This thread about Orton made me laugh out loud. Sadly, it illustrates how terrible the teams have been for way too long.
BringBackFergy Posted September 28, 2017 Author Posted September 28, 2017 How is this not a poll? . A poll is similar to watching a Progressive Insurance commercial. You say "I hate this commercial" and switch channels. By asking you to analyze the stats, you can't logically disagree with my argument unless you don't like ONE winning season in the midst of a sandstorm of mediocrity and failure. So there's the point: either say Yes or No based on our success for that season in 2014 (and keep in mind what we could have had if Orton started week one instead of EJ).
