Send Shelton to Buffalo, Henry to Minnesota, and Bennett to Arizona.
CoachChuckDickerson Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Hey Denny, you aren't going to win the stare down with TD. He does not blink. Just take the deal and stop trying to squezze the 7th rounder out of him.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Green SURE had some speed backs LAST year, let me tell you! Woo boy!
Puhonix Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Green SURE had some speed backs LAST year, let me tell you! Woo boy! 262616 So, what you're telling me is that Clarrett is out as an option for them?
MadBuffaloDisease Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 So, what you're telling me is that Clarrett is out as an option for them? With the Cards' backfield, NO ONE should be out as an option for them.
Dr. Fong Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 So, what you're telling me is that Clarrett is out as an option for them? 262618 I think Clarett will need a year to get back into football shape. I would still take a flyer on him in the third round if it were up to me, but any team that drafts him is going to have to be patient with him and bring him along slowly IMO.
Ozymandius Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 What about a thre way trade? Send Shelton to Buffalo, Henry to Minnesota, and Bennett to Arizona. 262604 what is minnesota gaining there?
Dr. Fong Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 what is minnesota gaining there? 262777 Upgrading a Michael Bennett to a Travis Henry. I don't think they would want to bother with it. They seem to like RB by committee.
Puhonix Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 what is minnesota gaining there? 262777 Throw in a draft pick.
OnTheRocks Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 So, what you're telling me is that Clarrett is out as an option for them? 262618 not sure if this is a serious question or not..... ..but my guess is...that with a 3 minute 40 yard dash....yes.....Clarrett is out as an option.
VABills Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 what is minnesota gaining there? 262777 More fumbles, less catches, a lot less blocking and I am not even sure more yards as Minny really doesn't have a good oline.
1billsfan Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 what is minnesota gaining there? 262777 Oh please. Micheal Bennett is a fragile little girlie runner. Yes, I know that Henry did get hurt last season, but he also has a history of playing hurt on a broken leg. Henry is a much more proven runningback than Bennett. Check out the yards gained stats.
Kevbeau Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Thing is Minny has Smith, Williams and Moore in addition to Bennett. They don't need another back.
