Big Turk Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 (edited) The Dolphins have been so bad for most of the past 2 years I am flabbergasted how they have the 3rd most wins in the last 17 games in the NFL...they dont do a lot very well on either side of the ball regularly, but seemingly find ways to squeak out wins by under 3 points every week... Has to be strange being a fan of that team...they play bad football most weeks but yet they still win a lot of the time...its like are you happy about it or pissed off Edited October 27, 2017 by matter2003
26CornerBlitz Posted October 27, 2017 Author Posted October 27, 2017 @NFLResearch Dolphins: 1st team to be shut out in 1st half 4 times in their 1st 7 games of the season since the 2014 Buccaneers (went 2-14 that season)

Botched snap on a punt against Atlanta. Matt Cassel Titans. The NYJ who's offense couldn't move the ball in the 2nd half.

CLTbills Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 Isn't that kind of how we've been winning, though? Not really. He said "they dont do a lot very well on either side of the ball regularly" So no.
Malazan Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 Remember back when people freaked out over what "Value" Miami got for tunsil...ahh, good times.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 27, 2017 Author Posted October 27, 2017 Gase: Jay Cutler will start vs. Raiders, if healthy
Billsfansinceday1 Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 An awful lot of Bills fans were calling for Cutler to be signed by the Bills. I wonder what ever happened to them.
WhoTom Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 Gase: Jay Cutler will start vs. Raiders, if healthy Good. If we beat the Raiders this week, they'll be pissed and take it out on the fish next week.
Dablitzkrieg Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 The entire offense better start bumpin' some lines. They suck and look slow!!!!!!!!!!!
BarleyNY Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 I wonder if Gase has figured out who’s in charge of the offense yet? I hope he really lets that guy have it.

We really should have lucked into the playoffs at least once over that time. It really does take an insane combination of poor play and bad luck to go this long.

RyanC883 Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 Isn't that kind of how we've been winning, though? negative. We have a D that shows up EVERY WEEK. We have a "system" that produces consistent results on that side of the ball. The offense is a work in progress, but if Dennisson can get the running game back to last year, we may discover a passing game with Thompson and Matthews and Clay when all 3 are healthy. This is what's so incredible about the Bills' playoff drought. We really should have lucked into the playoffs at least once over that time. K D Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 An awful lot of Bills fans were calling for Cutler to be signed by the Bills. I wonder what ever happened to them. just as many wanted Matt Moore. every offseason there is a sign Matt Moore thread
Big Turk Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 Isn't that kind of how we've been winning, though? No not really...we've been leading games for the most part...Dolphins are losing for 58 minutes many games until they make a play late and win.
Billsfansinceday1 Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 just as many wanted Matt Moore. every offseason there is a sign Matt Moore thread I remember some calls for Moore but there were some serious arguments about Cutler. I recall saying that he had a big arm and a lonely brain cell. I stand by that statement.

He's a lot like Jeff George in that way. @gregbradyTO Lots of NFL people really down on Dolphins' effort last night but few are shocked. Culture is lousy & it hasn't changed all that much, even with Adam Gase.
