billsfan905 Posted September 25, 2017 Posted September 25, 2017 Just wondering how it was by anyone who went. Was it worth the $50/$150 to go? Wanted to spend the $50 but figured it would give me a distant glimpse of the vets and wouldn't be able to eat/drink enough to justify it. Just for the future I'd like to hear reviews if anyone went.
Hammered a Lot Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 I guess nobody went. I don't see any tweeter postings.
4_kidd_4 Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 I high-fived Andre Reed after the game sunday. For free. He was just standing on the outer concourse post-game.
boyst Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Evidently you'd have run in to at least one former player just going to the game.
Hammered a Lot Posted September 27, 2017 Posted September 27, 2017 (edited) Going on their Facebook page, ripoff, disorganized, ran out of supplies by 9:30, no gift bags as promised, JK autograph footballs to be thrown in to crowd did not happen? Bruce Smith showing up at the end. No word on how much money each charity got. It's kind of shocking as Wings does a lot of events and one of the sponsors is in the catering business along with the guy who ran this event. I got a text from a guy who is good friends of the guy who ran it. I guess he is not sugar coating it, Terrible Edited September 27, 2017 by Hammered a Lot
