That hands to the face call looked more like it was hands to the collar bone area. Or maybe throat? I'm guessing throat is still a penalty. But it could have been even a little lower than the throat. Tough call.

They need a rules change. A 5yd penalty on a 3rd and long should not be a 1st down.
