TheFunPolice Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 Well the Bills OC loves to run up the middle 2/3 downs and will not pass the ball So I get the trade
Kirby Jackson Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 They don't value the position. Which is why I suggested they won't select a WR high next year in the CFB threadThey did trade a starting corner for a guy, a slot corner for a guy and traded up to the top of the 2nd. They value the position but have no clue how to evaluate it. They don't understand the importance of speed and seperation.
HappyDays Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 I knew that as soon as Sammy caught one deep pass everyone would say bad trade for the Bills. We weren't going to pay him what he thinks he is worth. We'll see if the Rams do.

bobobonators Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 I love how McVay doesn't even pretend to care what's going on with the Defense right now. He's like Wade, you got this. Let me go sit down and prepare the offense. You don't see that too often.

They value the position but have no clue how to evaluate it. They don't understand the importance of speed and seperation. I can see this perspective but again the difference between Zay Jones and Watkins IS game changing. So if they truly valued the position, why trade Watkins? Why settle for a awful receiving corp? They don't utilize it, that is why.
RaoulDuke79 Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 Julio Jones hasn't caught a TD this year either. Ahhhh......you got me.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 22, 2017 Author Posted September 22, 2017 I haven't noticed Goodwin since the 1st play of the game when he was targeted on the NRC int.
likei've Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 I said that 8 seconds after the trade and never once wavered. You sound like you're wavering right now.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 22, 2017 Author Posted September 22, 2017 I said that 8 seconds after the trade and never once wavered. Same here.

They value the position but have no clue how to evaluate it. They don't understand the importance of speed and seperation. It's much simpler than that. Zay is on a rookie contract, Sammy is about to ask for money worthy of a Julio Jones, and he isn't that. They hope Zay develops into a #1 next year and are exchanging Sammy's production for a 2nd round pick and a cheap replacement.

We weren't going to pay him what he thinks he is worth. We'll see if the Rams do. The fact we weren't going to pay him is speculative and still reflects poorly on the regimes offensive understanding.
Magox Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 The overreactions to a nice play are hilarious.
Kelly the Dog Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 This is like watching the Bills. They should throw to the 12 guy like we should have thrown to the 14 guy.
