DC Tom Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 An old, inaccurate, incorrect article designed to appeal those who believe their faux moral outrage is an adequate substitute for their lack of brains.

mead107 Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 So they do not mention that the state makes millions in sales tax per game. Team moves out of state means huge loss in money.
NoSaint Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 I still have no idea what the blind link will take me to
Heavy Kevi Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 You can call it lack of brains if you want, but I will never be on board for taxpayer funded stadiums. Sales tax this, business revenue, that: I get it. But principally it is wrong. Some people can't pay their mortgage, or struggle feeding their families, but they still pay for a stadium that will make multi-billionaires even richer. Fundamentally it's corporate welfare in an industry of super rich elites that don't need the money.
boyst Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 Stopped reading at the NFL is non-profit Old article Also, it was better for everyone when they were. Now they can fully exploit the tax system for how terrible it is. An old, inaccurate, incorrect article designed to appeal those who believe their faux moral outrage is an adequate substitute for their lack of brains.beat me to it
