26CornerBlitz Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Obvious pushoff to create separation. Good call.
MAJBobby Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 No, very weak call. Holmes'arms weren't even fully extended into push position. When a DB cuts off your route it's not an offensive penalty. It was called correctly. The same like Blokes said is it isnt called correctly enough
Jasovon Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 A lot of other teams/players get those calls too... It's not the world against the Buffalo Bills you know... no of course not, it's Superstars versus other guys. We don't have enough superstars.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Borderline call, but defensible. I wasn't too up in arms.
IDBillzFan Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Let's be honest. We all know they never make that call if Tyrod Taylor doesn't (fill in the blank).
Mark Vader Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Holmes ran into the defender, there was no push off by Holmes. Total BS call by the refs.
Griff28 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I've watched it 20 times. How can anyone say Holmes extended his arms??? Not even close. It was mutual contact and the DB flopped. That play happens a dozen times in a game and never gets called, especially in the final minute! Awful call. Should have been 1st and 10 at the 20 with 53 seconds left.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Holmes ran into the defender, there was no push off by Holmes. Total BS call by the refs. He definitely extended his arm in a pushoff that created the necessary separation against the DB. Easy and correct call.
Big Turk Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 A lot of other teams/players get those calls too... It's not the world against the Buffalo Bills you know... It's not, but there is no doubt we are on the bad end of more questionable calls than we receive.
T-Bomb Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 (edited) It's not, but there is no doubt we are on the bad end of more questionable calls than we receive. Have to start winning games, and winning games that matter to turn that around. All the bad that happens to this team is on them, the franchise etc, no one else. Edited September 17, 2017 by T-Bomb
baskingridgebillsfan Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Yes be shoved the defender and extended his arms in the process to do it. That was a clear offensive PI. but he didn't extend his arms. he ran into him but isn't he allowed to keep running. When our db stopped running on the ball in the endzone they he was called for the penalty .
MAJBobby Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Henused Contact and oush off to create seperation. Called right
Jasovon Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 It was a classic call that the refs can make to swing a game one way or another, we see them multiple times in a season. It was not the reason we lost.
Mark Vader Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 He definitely extended his arm in a pushoff that created the necessary separation against the DB. Easy and correct call. They ran into each other, I saw no push off by Holmes. If it was so obvious, why did it take the official 10 minutes to throw the flag on that play?
bobobonators Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Dez Bryant just caught a TD in the end zone and it coulve been called offensive PI too. But it wasnt.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 They ran into each other, I saw no push off by Holmes. If it was so obvious, why did it take the official 10 minutes to throw the flag on that play? 10 minutes? Come on Mark.
Jasovon Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Take a look at the touchdown Dez Bryant just caught, that is offensive PI. Textbook PI but doesn't count if you're a superstar.
Sweats Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 So.........when the O plays like crap for 55 minutes and can't muster a TD and a PI call at the end of the game on the final drive is what cost us the game, is all you're worried about, then it looks to me like we may have a bigger issue here. Aye Carumba.
Mark Vader Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 10 minutes? Come on Mark. If it was so obvious, the flag would have been thrown immediately. It was thrown after the defender threw his arms up. Bull&^%* call!
