K D Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 You guys are crazy if you think that's the rookies fault. Tyrod did absolutely nothing the entire game then throws an inaccurate pass but that's Zay's fault? Jeez c'mon now
gordong Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 It hit both his hands and he is an NFL receiver. It's clutch time and TT atleast GAVE HIM A REAL CHANCE. That's on Zay Yep 100% agree
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Heartbreaker ....plz don't blame God That's not on Zay. That pass was absolute **** to a wide open receiver.
GunnerBill Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 It was a bad throw. Some of you are so desperate for TT to be the answer that you will literally blame everyone else around him. He was bad today. Teams do not respect our passing game. He was hopeless today. He isn't the answer to anything.
Crusher Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 It hit both his hands and he is an NFL receiver. It's clutch time and TT atleast GAVE HIM A REAL CHANCE. That's on Zay It hit him in the hands because he made an incredibly quick adjustment inside on an outside route. Blaming Jones is amateur hour analysis
Rico Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I like TT more than most, but yeah, that was a bad throw.
r00tabaga Posted September 17, 2017 Author Posted September 17, 2017 Tyrod Freaking SUCKS! It was a crap throw Gannon even called it. No way the kid could adjust. It hit BOTH his hands. He gets paid to catch footballs for a living.
Royale with Cheese Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Heartbreaker ....plz don't blame God I won't blame God but I'll blame Tyrod because it was his fault.
Jasovon Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Terrible throw and one of many, Zay looks good will be a nice target for our next QB.
C.Biscuit97 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 As a wr, you should make that catch. That said, it was a tough catch. And if you don't have a JV offense the entire game when your defense is playing out of their minds, it doesn't come down to that. Jauron Ball 2.0
Drunken Pygmy Goat Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 That's on both of them to a point. Probably should of caught it but the throw wasn't that good either The throw was great...it was the route that was off. Taylor threw it in the perfect spot, but Zay didn't angle his route to the open end zone. He ran it to the sideline. Still hit him in the hands.
C.Biscuit97 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Zay you lost the game. !@#$ you Get a life.
r00tabaga Posted September 17, 2017 Author Posted September 17, 2017 (edited) That's not on Zay. That pass was absolute **** to a wide open receiver. Zone coverage he threw to a spot. The average fan might not understand that. Edited September 17, 2017 by r00tabaga
BADOLBILZ Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Even if he catches it because the ball is so badly thrown he is down and whilst we get a chance to win it we still need to score with maybe 1 most 2 shots. A well thrown ball he walks in for a TD. In the NFL that isn't just open... it is wide freaking open. If your QB can't make that play he isn't worth having. A well thrown ball Jones runs out of bounds......likely without the catch........ at the 3. Not sure what made him turn that route to the sideline when he had nothing but green grass straight ahead.
Real McClappy Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 It hit him in the hands because he made an incredibly quick adjustment inside on an outside route. Blaming Jones is amateur hour analysis Spot on!
KellyToughII Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 It hit BOTH his hands. He gets paid to catch footballs for a living. Bull ****, Quit making excuses for your boy Tyrod flat sucks as a QB. This is all on him, he flat sucks. Quit kissing his ass already
Wayne Cubed Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Jersey it is a horrible miss by Taylor. He is wide open. Hit him in stride it is a game winning TD. No reason to miss to the extent that Jones is diving for it. Not defending the throw, because it still could have been a lot better but I don't think an in stride pass was possible. Tyrod had to throw it inside, not outside because there was a CB that realized Zay was free and was coming up the sideline. Now saying that the throw inside needs to be way way better. Zay still would have to adjust and turn inside, which might stop a TD but Tyrod needs a better throw there. Tyrod needs a better game too.
JerseyBills Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 (edited) Jersey it is a horrible miss by Taylor. He is wide open. Hit him in stride it is a game winning TD. Buffalo716 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 (edited) It hit him in the hands because he made an incredibly quick adjustment inside on an outside route. Blaming Jones is amateur hour analysis No it's not. A good nfl receiver catches that. You have hated TT for years... I never said he played good. But it should've been caught, it hit both hands and EVERY coach says the same. It hits your hands, you catch it. Edited September 17, 2017 by Buffalo716
34-78-83 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I like TT more than most, but yeah, that was a bad throw. It looks like a bad throw because Zay tripped breaking to the corner. Just watch it... That said, TT could have certainly had a better game. No support from the O-line in the run game either.
