Pbomb Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Taylor was not given much in play calling from Dennison. The guy likes to throw deep. Need to do that more. every deep ball he threw was out of bounds today
BillsSbSoon Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 (edited) An actual franchise qb makes that throw. It was a corner route. It was meant to be thrown to the outside, what dont some of you understand about that? If its thrown correctly its an easy td or at the very least hes able to get out of bounds. Its actually surprising they gave him that, but these teams do not respect taylor throwing the ball Edited September 17, 2017 by BillsSbSoon
3rdand12 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Throw was Late, Behind, High. Zay had to slow up to even make a play. A three year starter should hit that throwall day. If he does its a TD and Bills 2-0 you guys also know some plays require a WR to slow down quicker then the coverage?
MAJBobby Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 That's on the OC as well. It's not like Taylor was given any chance to get momentum throwing when they stubbornly stuck with bad running calls all game. Yes Game 2 already blaming the OC. Reason they went with Runs because if Shady doesnt go off this offense SUCKS
klos63 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Now thats a new excuse. Any 3 year Starting NFL QB makes that throw jesus christ, are you going to say '3 year starter' on every post, give it a rest already
GunnerBill Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Feel the same way. Good game. Agenda driven posters make these threads basically unreadable. Agenda? A-freaking-genda..... yea I have an agenda. My agenda is to watch the Bills win. That is all I want and all I care about. They are going nowhere with Tyrod Taylor. The two stupid scrambles on that last drive and the miss on the final play.... I mean he had the chance and he came up small. Again. People who defend the Bills Quarterback no matter what make things unbearable. Anyone who thinks he was anything but bad today needs to take the rose tinted glasses off.
CSBill Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 hey, Tyrod was 17/25, pretty good day, right?
Billsmovinup Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 you guys know with along pass like that the QB throws away from the inside outside over under man cover . Tyrod threw it for the touchdown. Zay did not look back soon enough and adjust. Completely different WR assignment on the long ball to the corner What about all the other pass plays. Those everybody elses fault but Tyrods?
r00tabaga Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Throw was Late, Behind, High. Zay had to slow up to even make a play. A three year starter should hit that throw all day. If he does its a TD and Bills 2-0 Cam is a former mvp, how was his last throw major?
Wayne Arnold Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I don't know how you take from this game that the Bills are getting the #1 pick. Look around the league. We are pretty average overall. We won't play a defensive front 7 this good all year long. Truthfully we are likely never winning a Super Bowl with Tyrod. But we actually have a shot at playoffs. If defense keeps this up and offense doesn't completely crap the bed again... we were ONE play from the win. Correct
MAJBobby Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Really? Newton played in the Super Bowl and he missed a bunch of easier throws today. Newton also is not HEALTHY.
klos63 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Offense could use a real backup RB for times when McCoy is out or ineffective for a bit. Tolbert wouldn't be in the NFL if it wasn't for McDermott
Billsmovinup Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 hey, Tyrod was 17/25, pretty good day, right? For 50 yards?
SwaggatronMcCoy Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Newton also is not HEALTHY. Convenient excuse for the opposing narrative... isn't it?
Doc Brown Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I honestly would of rather seen a sack and I wouldn't be as frustrated right now. I think Taylor would love to have that throw back.
xsoldier54 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Agenda? A-freaking-genda..... yea I have an agenda. My agenda is to watch the Bills win. That is all I want and all I care about. TT came up small today. He's got to hit that throw at the end.
HappyDays Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Looks like Zay went to the sideline and Tyrod thought he would go to the end zone. Miscommunication. Shouldn't have come down to one play. New coach, new scheme, new players. If this offense was a year older I bet they make the play. Oh well. Probably gonna bow out of TSW this week. I get it, people are gonna go crazy and say to start Peterman. It is what it is. We have to win against Denver next week to get the fans back on board.
Rockinon Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Def need to get these receivers more involved. Got to give defenses more things to think about than just Shady and Clay. That being said, that was one hell of a defensive game. It'll be interesting to see how the offense progresses going forward.
FLXbillsmafia Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Longest drive today was 42 yards, at the end. Longest pass 15 yards. It is obvious this offense is terrible when our rushing attack is shutdown. TT is not good enough
Bangarang Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Yes Game 2 already blaming the OC. Reason they went with Runs because if Shady doesnt go off this offense SUCKS This will be the 3rd OC that is holding Tyrod back apparently.
