RoyBatty is alive Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Yeah whatever, this looks like a lost season for the Bengals, how doe Marvin Lewis keep his job?
YoloinOhio Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Yeah whatever, this looks like a lost season for the Bengals, how doe Marvin Lewis keep his job?he is in (another) lame duck year. But the answer to your question is that Mike Brown is cheap.
QuoteTheRaven83 Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Yeah whatever, this looks like a lost season for the Bengals, how doe Marvin Lewis keep his job? I dunno. Most overrated coach in the NFL.
bisonbrigade Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 (edited) The Bengals have three good running backs, and don't know how to use them. They keep switching players and formations that there is no continuity or chemistry. One back runs for 5 yards and then is pulled to the sidelines for another. STUPID! They have a scattershot offense with no plan. Edited September 15, 2017 by bisonbrigade
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 (edited) Dalton's the worst starting QB in the NFL. There. I said it. I just want to clarify for this board, because the inference can ignite the whole board (added suspense for smart phone scrollers) Are you Saying Andy dalton Is Worse Than Tyrod Taylor? OldTimeAFLGuy Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 he is in (another) lame duck year. But the answer to your question is that Mike Brown is cheap. ...he'll be extended shortly..............
Rico Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Hopefully they improve... they likely would go QB in the 1st round this season, so HOPEFULLY they don't finish with too high of a pick. Absolutely I'd go QB in the high 1st round & dump Dalton if I could (don't know his contract status).
YoloinOhio Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 ...he'll be extended shortly.............. lol! They were talking about that on the radio today. They said they would more surprised if he was fired than if he got another 1 year extension.
r00tabaga Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Tyrod Taylor is the worst I thought. I'm so confused. Or since he is a backup it doesn't count?
3rdand12 Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 i don't think Zampese can turn it around, he is the QB Coach, and that is the biggest issue isn't it?
bobobonators Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Marvin Lewis needs to be fired. Asap.
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 I just want to clarify for this board, because the inference can ignite the whole board (added suspense for smart phone scrollers) Are you Saying Andy dalton Is Worse Than Tyrod Taylor? Especially after all of his Tyrod bashing
Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Agreed. Yet Eifert seems to be a shadow of his former player self after the ankle injury. Lost a step. I'm not sure if it's the ankle injury - he looked OK after he came back from that - or the back injury that ended his season.
Big Turk Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 No reason to keep running Dalton out there. Mccarron is better and just wasting his career there. The only playoff game that team even came close to winning was the one Dalton missed. The guy is terrible. McCarron is what he is---a serviceable backup who would be exposed quickly if forced into a starting role for any length of time. Dalton has played prety well most of if not all of his career, I'm pretty sure he didn't just forget how to throw the football over the offseason.
NewMexBills Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Easy road win come Oct.8 Bungles stinky this year. Is it me or does it seem after the huge upset this weekend & TYGOD helping us believe that theres a sign of hope this season

YoloinOhio Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Sounds like a good place for Greg Roman, where is he these days anyway?Ravens TE coach
PromoTheRobot Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 @RapSheet The #Bengals are expected to fire OC Ken Zampese, sources say. After two games without a touchdown, Zampese is out. What kind of team fires its OC two weeks into the season?
hemma Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 I'm outraged. I was hoping he'd last thru game 5.
Nick the Greek Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Greg Roman remembers. worked out good for Anthony Lynn. He's the boss in LA now.
