Freddie's Dead Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Dupree signed to PS http://m.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/Bills-sign-LB-Jelani-Jenkins-add-WR-to-practice-squad/4aae694f-721b-4dd2-96ca-0ea961a14b5b Shorts waived Daikiel, we hardly knew ye.
voodoo poonani Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 @KMart_BN Source: Former Jets/Panthers WR Stephen Hill worked out for the #Bills today I remember Hill. Big prospect 5 years ago. Had a lot of injuries.
GG Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I remember Hill. Big prospect 5 years ago. Had a lot of injuries. Because the only good games in his career cane vs Bills
The Frankish Reich Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 We already have Joe Webb on the team. If we sign B.W., is that a sign that Webb is McDermott's version of Williams on this team?Yes, but did anyone else notice that the Player Formerly Known as Joe Webb" is now Joe Webb III? I was previously confused, thinking that perhaps Joe's septuagenarian grandad was out there on special teams, or that perhaps little Joe IV was returning punts in pregame workouts. I really appreciate the addition on the Roman numeral. I hope Mr. B.W. Webb has a rank order too, since I'd love to see the unrelated WEBB III and WEBB II on the field at the same time. Dear Mr. Goodell: stop the Roman numeral madness!
Marty McFly Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Wonder if Reilly geys called up or waived.
Freddie's Dead Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Wonder if Reilly geys called up or waived. Cutting Reilly would suck. Calling him up? GIT R DUN!
Straight Hucklebuck Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Stephen Hill, another ex-Panther
Marty McFly Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Cutting Reilly would suck. Calling him up? GIT R DUN! Yeah. Give the kid his shot. He earned it. And they did say earning it in preseason gets you a spot.
Wayne Arnold Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Trading Shorts for Dupree is a pretty good swap.

GunnerBill Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I like the Dupre pick up a lot. Why not add him to the roster and cut the guy we picked up from the Panthers then never even bothered dressing?
H2o Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I remember watching Hill at GT. I thought he would be a decent NFL WR. Boy was I wrong.
TigerJ Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 As I recall Stephen Hill was really raw coming out of college, but he had freaky straight line speed for a 6'4" guy. Not quite Randy Moss speed, but close.
Mat68 Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 As I recall Stephen Hill was really raw coming out of college, but he had freaky straight line speed for a 6'4" guy. Not quite Randy Moss speed, but close. Thought to be better than Demerious Thomas coming out. He just struggled with tracking the deep ball and using his size and frame. Plays like Goodwin but much taller.
KRT88 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 I liked him in the draft but he's slow! Interesting move after week one.
BADOLBILZ Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 As I recall Stephen Hill was really raw coming out of college, but he had freaky straight line speed for a 6'4" guy. Not quite Randy Moss speed, but close. You remember right. Can't catch the football. Bad hands generally stay bad regardless of hard work put in..........ask Greg Little.........but Hill is SO big and fast it's not surprising that people in the NFL keep hoping he gets struck by hand lightning.
3rdand12 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 A Webb of intrigue perhaps. a veritable Webb, indeed why can they line T. Jones out wide. a RB with 4.3 speed can run a fly route. nice !!
Mat68 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Its a nice refrain from the smurf wrs. Taylor isnt supremely accurare. Always thought tall wrs would help taylor pick them up.
