ROONDOGG55 Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Wow, just wow! Ruptured spleens, amputations, and contusion protocol.
DC Tom Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Better than the "broken forearm" that was repeatedly predicted during the Game Thread. That was predicted once...for McCoy. Any word on McCoy's broken forearm? I hope he doesn't develop laminitis and have to be put down.
BuffaloBillyG Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 (edited) Passed away. Funeral details to follow. No funeral. He is back as a zombie. Should still play with more accountability than Gilmore. Edited September 11, 2017 by KelsaysLunchbox
Coach Tuesday Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 That was predicted once...for McCoy. Any word on McCoy's broken forearm? I hope he doesn't develop laminitis and have to be put down. Even worse, he has hot dog fingers.
yungmack Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 No funeral. He is back as a zombie. Should still play with more accountability than Gilmore.
Big C Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 I think it means bruised, not broken. I know. You must have missed the game day thread.
North Buffalo Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 What has Laminitis have to with the forearm... you truly are a back pain.., if so tho he'll need a stimulator... inserted..
Tenhigh Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 I know. You must have missed the game day thread. Sorry, I did, I was at the game! Assuming people were confusing contusions and fractures?
dgrochester55 Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 (edited) Passed away. Funeral details to follow. I heard otherwise. They told me that they were taking him to a farm with a very nice farmer who didn't care if a football player lost an arm. Unfortunately the farm is very, very far away, so they said we cant ever visit him. Edited September 11, 2017 by dgrochester55
DC Tom Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 No funeral. He is back as a zombie. Should still play with more accountability than Gilmore. Can he even pass the concussion protocol? I mean...how does a brainless reanimated meatbag even get through the concussion protocol? Can we ask Ben Rothlesberger?
teef Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 I heard otherwise. They told me that they were taking him to a farm with a very nice farmer who didn't care if a football player lost an arm. Unfortunately the farm is very, very far away, so they said we cant ever visit him. i'm just going to tell people he went, "over the rainbow" to keep the explanation short.
chris heff Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 What is happening? I had to evacuate so I'm in confusion protocol.
DC Tom Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 i'm just going to tell people he went, "over the rainbow" to keep the explanation short. And his little dog, too!
aristocrat Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 i cant believe darby isnt out for the year
WhoTom Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Lot of false information in this thread. They did not amputate his arm. His arm is intact. They amputated his shoulder. Where is this "tact" in which they're keeping his arm?
klos63 Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 The guy just can't stay on the field, wait , that's the guy we traded him for.
DC Tom Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 i cant believe darby isnt out for the year I suspect he'll be hobbled by it all year. Last time I dislocated an ankle, it was about 18 months until I felt confident. Admittedly, I was neither young, nor an athlete. But when you stretch or tear those ligaments, they take their own sweet time coming back.
BuffaloBillyG Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Can he even pass the concussion protocol? I mean...how does a brainless reanimated meatbag even get through the concussion protocol? Can we ask Ben Rothlesberger? I mean...you can't fail a concussion test if you don't have a brain to concuss.
nucci Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 i heard that contusions also affect the brain. He may be thinking retirement (per Schefter). Can we get a draft pick for him?
John from Riverside Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 So....should I or shoudl I not be sending flowers
