Bring the "Firm" to Buffalo!

Recommended Posts

I say if the price is right, sign the guy...

This team need a guy who can fire everyone up!  Take the rest of the cap room and spend it on the O!

So TD, put down the cheeze-its, pause the porn, and get this guy here!

the problem is if we sign Law, there will be no cap room left. Our offense would be very suspect.

I just think the money could be distributed in areas of more need. This wouldn't be a smart move at all. Am I the only one who thinks this? Besides Law's going to be looking for a cash out. By that I mean the biggest deal possible. We just don't have that kind of money.

The price wont be right, but Im all for it.

Law will sign somewhere for around 5-6 million a year.  You would have to take it as Clements, Vincent, Milloy, and Law for a year.  And then Clements walks next year and Law stays here another couple years.

Our secondary would be too old................

If Law signs in Buffalo (he wont, but I'm humoring people who looooove rumors) than its a clear sign that TD doesnt think he can re-sign Clements.

I'm going to go out on a limb here...And I have absolutely no evidence to back up my prediction...But I'll go on record saying no way in hell TD ever let's Nate get to Unrestricted Free Agency...Pat Williams and Jonas are one thing, but TD's 1st ever Buffalo Bills 1st Round Draft Pick... A 1st Round Pick who has developed into a pretty darn good CB and Punt Returner...Talk about having to take one on the chin! I say no way TD lets it happen...After all, would all the talk about getting the Cap under control matter a bit if TD is forced to allow Nate to walk??

Man I hope I'm right...I say TD makes certain Nate is a Buffalo Bills CB till at least the Year 2010... And I say it will happen sooner rather than later...

That doesn't make much sense to me as a replacement would generally be a younger or equivalent player, but I suppose it's possible. One thing unique (for a Patriot) that Law has going is that he has already made his money. The Pats have given the man some ridiculous jack already.
