26CornerBlitz Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 Another voice on the ALL-22 Film: @thadbrown7 #Bills All22 O: Tyrod same ol, same ol. Too many passes were look one direction and bail (even without pressure). Most plays made on move. #Bills OL had moments on film, but mostly hands full with Jets DL. Williams is stud. Wood got beat by immortal Mike Pennel bit too often. #Bills WRs did nothing. Jets stopped respecting them quick. Saw 1st 8 man box on 3rd and 21! in 3rd Q. Zay Jones was non factor.

So he says WR did nothing and were non factor but TT was same old same old. Well perhaps if they did something he could too.

Tyrod continued to utilize the middle of the field in a continuation of what we saw last season in the Miami home game. Not exactly the same old same old.
Big C Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I am little concerned about the WRs right now with no one that can take the top off or separate in man coverage.
dave mcbride Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I am little concerned about the WRs right now with no one that can take the top off or separate in man coverage. The WR corps is not good. You should be concerned.
Freddie's Dead Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017  Ya gave it up to rex and Whaley that easy huh? The other Doug, Maroon.
GG Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Did you get a good look at TT's interception on the all-22s? Nope. No good replay of that play.
Marty McFly Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 (edited) The WR corps is not good. You should be concerned.Ive been concerned since we cut Watkins with no speed wr replacement. The other Doug, Maroon. Edited September 12, 2017 by Marty McFly

Saxum Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Ive been concerned since we cut Watkins with no speed wr replacement. He was not cut. Are you clueless or just not have a good point to make?
PromoTheRobot Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Tyrod continued to utilize the middle of the field in a continuation of what we saw last season in the Miami home game. Not exactly the same old same old. It ruins the accepted narrative.
Marty McFly Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 He was not cut. Are you clueless or just not have a good point to make? Jus trollin bro. Relax. Check my post history. Dont @ me. Im a mongoose.
26CornerBlitz Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 (edited) @Andy_Benoit Putting on film of #Bills O vs. #Jets D. Will tweet as I go, try to answer any Qs at the end. #Bills Film: McCoy effective on backfield screens, all gets to him in space and there's more freedom for redirecting field. #Bills #Jets Film: RT Mills excellent backside zone cut-block on Tolbert 16-yd iso-lead run. #Bills #Jets Film: Burris end zone INT out of Cover 4 resulted from Taylor throwing just a hair behind crossing TE Clay, hit by S Adams. #Jets Film #Bills opened 2nd series w/ iso-lead PA--Jones 21yd slice route. Great job of building offense, iso lead runs featured 1st series #Bills Film: #Jets on a 3rd-11 spied Taylor with Wilkerson, who got to the shallow middle off a stunt from 3-tech spot (checkdown, punt). #Jets Film: #Bills consistently cut-block on the backside of zone runs. At least one, sometimes two linemen did it. #Bills Film: Taylor was not precise in ball placement. He was, however, a little more willing to throw "on schedule" than previous years. Film: #Jets second level defenders had some trouble with #Bills misdirection wrinkles in run play diagnosis. #Bills #Jets Film: Clay 2-yd TD he easily beat FS Maye off the LOS. Next play, 35 yd catch, was 3-level stretch route combo to beat Cover 3. #Bills Film: in 2:00 #Jets featured interior stunt concepts out of double-A-gap. Mixed results, Josh Martin did get a sack (Wood culprit). #Bills Film: Taylor a running mindset, not a pocket mindset. Rarely scans entire field before breaking down. How much does height factor? #Bills #Jets Film: overall, Taylor managed the game fine. He can be effective in a run-first O like this that puts him on the move at times.
