Marty McFly Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Moment of silence for Darbys ankle. Wish em the best.
BillsFan4 Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 http://www.nj.com/eagles/index.ssf/2017/09/details_of_eagles_ronald_darby_injury_vs_redskins.html Video of the injury. Doesn't look good IMO. He rolled that ankle HARD.
starrymessenger Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Bad day for former Bills, Jason Peters sidelined with groin injury.
YoloinOhio Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 That sucks for Darby and for the Iggles.
YoloinOhio Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 @rapsheet Sources: #Eagles CB Ronald Darby has suffered a dislocated right ankle. X-Rays were negative. MRI to check for ligament & tendon damage.
T-Bomb Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 @rapsheet Sources: #Eagles CB Ronald Darby has suffered a dislocated right ankle. X-Rays were negative. MRI to check for ligament & tendon damage. Ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch, god that had to hurt.
folz Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Feel bad for him...nice kid and a good ballplayer. Wish him the best!
Kelly the Dog Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Except Darby would not have been on that field, on that play, in that position, etc...there is no correlation that he gets hurt here...so not really a real scenario So true. I can't believe fans think just because a guy gets hurt on a single play on a different field he would have done the same thing here. It's moronic. Even when a guy is brittle or injury prone it's not true.
/dev/null Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Bad day for former Bills, Jason Peters sidelined with groin injury. There's a pun waiting to happen
likei've Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 So true. I can't believe fans think just because a guy gets hurt on a single play on a different field he would have done the same thing here. It's moronic. Even when a guy is brittle or injury prone it's not true. But the guy we got isnt hurt and we can still use the pick we got. So as of right now we're winning the trade. You can look at it whatever way you decide to and we'll do the same.
re enlightener Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 No it doesn't. I should know. WHO ARE YOU? and what do you know about TBD????? jk.
Big Turk Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Doctor said it looked like a subtalar ankle dislocation and if that is the case would likely not be out for the year---mid season return...still waiting to see if that is the case tho with no ligament damage... https://www.bleedinggreennation.com/2017/9/10/16284894/ronald-darby-injured-eagles-cornerback-out-season-dislocated-ankle-philadelphia-nfl-redskins
cba fan Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 So does this mean the Bills won the trade? No. PS: No.
djp14150 Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Saw this when it happened...it wasn't pretty. He should be done for the year
BuffaloBillsGospel Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Darby's ankle was dislocated but it didn't look good at all after watching the replay, I'd be surprised if he played again this season.
HT02 Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Never under stood why this was such a big deal TBH. agreed
Taro T Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 The site bogs down when new threads are started. No it doesn't. I should know. This thread is fine. Please feel free to discuss topics that aren't related to the live Bills game. Good to know that the myriad of posts crying about"duplicate" threads don't bog this site down.
stinky finger Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 The site bogs down when new threads are started. I'd ask ya for link but I wouldn't want to bog down this site.
YoloinOhio Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 @rapsheet #Eagles CB Ronald Darby is out 4-6 weeks with an dislocated ankle, sources say. No major ligament damage. Surprisingly good news.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Bummer for Darby... good it's not worse.
