MILFHUNTER#518 Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 Tankers never relent. True dat homie
Magox Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 That was a pretty stand up thing to do to a pretty stand up sorta guy. Shady deserves it and he has bought into the team. Happy for him.
stevewin Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 Surprised no one has pointed out the obvious - one of the incentives gets paid out if he plays every snap
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 (edited) The one legit blue chip superstar on this team . The only elite skill position player this team has had since Thurman. A truly underrated player and by far the best thing about the Bills. Shady Edited September 11, 2017 by Brianmoorman4jesus
Adam727 Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 (edited) We can't afford to pay Gillislee 2.5mil for his 8 TDs and league-leading 5.7 YPC last year, but we can afford to give Shady a 2.5mil raise just because? I don't get it.. Edited September 8, 2017 by Adam727

I don't get it.. You do realize incentives are performance driven and are not guaranteed, right?

boyst Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 this isn't bad, i don't think. not like we needed the $
Just Joshin' Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 It is a reverse incentive to tank. Just kidding.

I don't get it.. Why would you give a guy who's signed already more money? But wait a minute ... You know who needs some incentives? Sir Smokes A Lot.
JaCrispy Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 Surprised no one has pointed out the obvious - one of the incentives gets paid out if he plays every snap in the game or just on offense?
Coach Tuesday Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 So they took the amount of money they could've used to match Gillislee and they voluntarily added it to Shady's contract???????
likei've Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 (edited) Haha... people will literally find anything to cry about. I knew it would be pure comedy relief stopping in tonight. But this is just unreal. People acting like they're taking the money from their paychecks. Edited September 8, 2017 by likei've

He is one of "their guys" Idk how they choose or select them but once they find them, they are all in on them. An aging wood, an aging McCoy, Lorenzo Alexander about to sign a 7 year extension

An aging wood, an aging McCoy, Lorenzo Alexander about to sign a 7 year extension 1) he's a Whaley guy (whaaaaat but we all thought *insert narrative* 2) hes not a "character guy" (whaaat we all thought *insert narrative*) 3)he's "their guy" because he's a proven elite player. You really have no idea how they found him or why they are all in on him? Edited September 8, 2017 by YoloinOhio

Not unreasonable.

BADOLBILZ Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 So they took the amount of money they could've used to match Gillislee and they voluntarily added it to Shady's contract??????? If I'm in the lockeroom..........I am going to the office tomorrow to get the forms to sign up for the new incentive program! Nothing made Jason Peters happier than seeing Derrick Dockery and Langston Walker getting paid........it showed a commitment to winning!
