He has been a hold over from the last two regimes. He was with the Panthers but I believe before McBeane. You think if ST falter he will be held accountable? If they put that much into ST's and they still aren't good then yes I think Crossman will be held accountable Crossman's track record actually says though that when you give him talent (either let starters play or give him a lot of specialists on the roster) his STs are good.
